Customer service has been poor at this location. There’s always a long line and nobody is available to ask for help. To me though, I don’t mind these issues as long as my order is correct. I ordered the pick 2 with soup and mac. When I got my tray from the counter I noticed there was barely any mac in my bowl. I brought it up to the employee which sighed and said it’s previously weighed out, I then told her it’s never been such a small portion before, which she didn’t give me a solution whatsoever. I looked around trying to find another employee for help - no luck. I gave up and took it to my table and saw other guests with either the same issue or full bowls. Obviously something wasn’t right with my portion, hence the photo provided.

Disappointed I ordered flat bread with extra cheese, I received NOT much extra cheese.Cook not hot enough. Also not cut well, I have to knife to cut pizza. Not happy.

I'm sad making this post because despite being a chain, this Panera used to be great. However, we were served cold bread and mediocre soup, all for $20!! We ordered two CUPS of soup and one drink. For this expense, I at least thought we could get nice silverware but no. Plastic spoons. The booths and carpet always have crumbs. Do not recommend, just go to the ramen place next door.

Good Food. Soup stayed hot through to the last bite. Everything has been Fresh, second time here. No waiting, customer service fast, seemed flustered though at customers taking time to order. No one smiled. I felt rushed. I wanted to order a few other things but didn't want to bother the person at the register. There was no line and no one behind me. So I don't know what that was about. My family (party of 6) stopped here for lunch (2:30ish) during a recent road trip last Sunday. We walked in and had a hard time trying to understand the menu behind the counter. When we finally realized what we wanted to order a lady came to the cash register dragging her feet, no smile, no warmth and definitely no patience. I had a few questions about the menu and I could tell I was annoying by her facial expressions. She was a heavy set lady and I wish I could remember her unusual name. If we hadn’t been in a hurry I probably would have voiced my experienced to a manager right there and then as I spent a lot of money on food and pastries to be made to feel this way. Sorry Panera Ocala but never again.
