Super unprofessional. Nobody answers the store phone. There is no manager ever present. I had a scheduled interview for Friday April 5th, they postponed it for Monday between 11-5pm. I took the time out my day to come in and wasted money on transportation for this interview a second time and there was no manager present, they couldn’t even reschedule me an interview or tell me when a manager would be in. Super upsetting.

This location always seems to need the lobby cleaned up the glass doors bathrooms and areas around the restaurant. Not the cleanest place in town. But food is still good.

Each item was perfect and just as ordered, unusual in the fast food arena!
I paid $40 for absolute garbage - and that's where all the food I bought ended up, in the trash. Every bit of it was old, hard and tasted like fry oil, especially the chicken sandwiches, that hasn't been changed in the last month. The spicy chicken nuggets were basically the equivalent of rocks; you'd break a tooth on one. The junior bacon cheesburger patties can barely be called a patty- half the size of the bun and like rubber.At least the lemonade was fine, like there is any redemption in that.We will not being eating here again; this was a 2nd attempt after awhile as last time had similar problem with the fry oil. It apparently was not a one time occurance and is regular practice, no thank you.

Love the new drink machine with all the different options!! This location was really clean and the service was fast and friendly. The new bag deals are good as well as the other deals too. Can't go wrong with a frosty too ?Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible ??
Usually this place is really good when it comes to customer service. But this time they were extremely disrespectful at the drive thru. I have a disabled family member who is hard of hearing and can't verbally communicate well. So it took us longer to order. They told us (not word for word) to hurry up as they were under a timer. We tried to explain to the manager about our situation and they told us just to go in. We can't, the family member in question cannot walk. Overall, good food, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

The only thing I can assume is the fry oil needs to be replaced for the last month. The fries we were given had a nasty after taste left in your mouth after a few fries.My son’s burger bun was hard and stale. They at least gave him a fresh burger. We didn’t ask for new fries as I don’t think our next batch in the same oil would have been worth it.Would rather go to a different Wendy’s in Ocala the future.
