About steaks, which is the reason I went there. You’ll receive a slice of steak. If you are not lucky you’ll receive half steak/ half grease. I wasn't well advised about how to ask for it so the guy automatically gave me a rare steak. I went again to ask for well done, I received medium well. The piña colada; Very good but a size glass for kids. The bill. Don't be surprised if you see a high balance. It is good that you know in advance that tip is included in your receipt and is shared for all those who did NOT serve you. Not agreeing with that. The one I tip is the one that won it.“

I have been eating here since it opened and the food and staff have always been phenomenal!We ate dinner from The Kitchen two nights during our recent stay, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meals! The first night we split the short rib pasta...thank goodness...it was amazing and the portion size filled us both up! The meat was so tender and cooked to perfection! On our last night we stopped in after a full day at the parks with our 4 year old grandson. It was perfect once again! Chicken tender and fries for him, smothered pork chop with glazed carrots and mashed potatoes with a delicious mushroom gravy for me, and the skirt steak with duck fat fingerling potatoes for my husband! Everything was delicious, we had enough leftovers for lunch the next day, and our server, Jake was fantastic! He even brought out a complimentary donut sundae for the birthday boy! Ryan the supervisor and Nancy my server were both great! Ryan stopped by to check on my experience which was appreciated. We discussed the new Kingsland Pasta dish and the menu. Ryan made suggestions which were excellent. Nancy was warm, friendly and inviting. And efficient as well. I will ask for her as my server everytime I'm in! The food was hot and fresh. I also got some to go orders and the food was packaged correctly and checked by Nancy prior to leaving. There is nothing worse than getting home and finding that your to-go order is wrong because it wasn't checked. “I dined in here and had breakfast. It was good, but the grits were a little dry. Everything else was delicious. They have a large dining area with booths as well as tables. There is also outside seating and a large bar serving alcoholic drinks at breakfast, and dining at the bar. My server was awesome ? and took good care of us. “Eggs Up Grill is a favorite for breakfast and lunch. Eggs with corned beef is great, as are the crab cakes and shrimp and grits. The grits are nice and creamy every time. There is a lot to choose from on the menu (Bananas Foster French Toast, anyone?) and they are happy to take special requests as well. They even have oatmilk for those who choose no dairy. It cost $6.00 for what I am guessing was an eight ounce package. It was worth every penny. The pasta was sturdy and yet still tender. The flavor was bold but smooth...It was not pungent. I thought that the pasta was so delicious that I skipped the sauce and fresh grated parmesan....instead I tossed it in the tiniest bit of butter. It was a star all on its own.“

Service was also top notch here as well. Our waiter Luigi ensured our coffee and juices remained full, while offering a friendly smile and polite conversation. The action station chef was a sight to behold as he expertly balanced crafting multiple orders simultaneously, all while maintaining friendly conversations with guests. We have been in town for 6 days and this was the best meal of our vacation so far, and we have ate at some nice and expensive restaurants. We felt the price was very reasonable and a lot lower than other meals we have had this week. We ordered 2 starters (humus and Spanakopita dip) both were amazing and our server even gave us more pitas as we just could not stop eating it. Our meals were the Greek Salad (so flavorful) and the Fork & Knife 3 cheese grilled cheese with tomato soup for dipping ? which was fabulous and so delicious! I wish my stomach was bigger! Our kids really enjoyed the pizza and beef medallions in the kids meal and actually ate it all which is not normal for them as they are extremely picky eaters. We got a variety of treats ranging from holes, kabobs, Boston cremes, and classics (vanilla, sprinkles, lil biggie). The portions are also very big, as these treats took a few sittings to eat. My favorites were the cinnamon sugar holes and classic vanilla. Definitely worth a trip to this bakery!“
