“We recently hosted our son and daughter-in-law’s wedding rehearsal dinner here and it was absolutely fantastic! The staff are incredibly friendly and accomodating, even with sudden changes and requests. The food is wonderful and the service is perfection. This is the perfect restaurant for small gatherings (we had about 35-40 people in our party, including young children and babies). The space is elegant yet comfortable. Don’t look anywhere else for your Italian feast….this is the place!“

“We go there mostly for the salads. They are good. If you go to the store, you usually don't have too much of a wait. Trying to order by phone is a different matter. Either you can't get through or you have to wait a bit and then you get disconnected.“

“The food was amazing. We had the appetizer trio of Calamari, meatball and pasta. It is large enough to share. We both had veal dishes, one with prosciutto the other with mushrooms and lobster. Also a side of sauteed spinach. It was so fresh and perfectly cooked. Lastly the ricotta cheesecake. A must. Robert, our server really made the night. He was personable and fun. This is a special restaurant that is definitely worth the visit.“

“Local Gem We live a 15 minute stroll from Mangoni's Italian Market, but at "feels like" temps hovering around 105°, strolling to lunch hasn't been as attractive ? Sunday, hubby wanted a relaxing lunch with sangria! So, we drove (& charged our EV in the parking garage). We had the entire patio to ourselves, as diners likely expected unbearable heat. Mangoni's pergola and great ceiling fans made patio dining the experience we wanted---even when the afternoon storm blew up from the west, we were protected from rain. We enjoyed our favorite, GF goat cheese pizza, with our sangria. Unlike most places, Mangoni's GF crust is an excellent, thin cauliflower crust. And, it’s not an upcharge. We also enjoyed meeting Georgia, the regional manager, who chatted with us about the social hour (11-6pm weekdays). She made a GF garlicky cheesy Flatbread for us to try--now we have more reason to stroll (or drive) over! Oh, and take away is a frequent option. Really, Mangoni's is a local gem.“

“A story of a picky husband and a particular wife! Long story short we are in town celebrating both my husband’s birthday and our anniversary. We were trying to find a last minute place to eat - this was near our hotel.The food was fresh, the bread was warm and good. Everything came out hot & quickly. “We’ve really enjoyed our experience at the restaurant! Food was delicious, service was excellent! The only thing I’d point out as negative is that the table tablets have games options and when we use it, it charges you USD 3 for “table games”. Not a problem with that, the only point is that I think consumer should be warned about the charges!“

The only thing that bothers me is the outside delivery vendor their service is not the best. “Huge RAVE for La Piccolina - Winter Garden. We went to celebrate my father’s birthday and everything was wonderful. The food was delicious, so flavorful and generous portions! On top of our delicious meals the service was excellent! They went above and beyond, surprised my daughter with a fun make her own pizza, which was so fun and a sweet surprise. “Ahhhhmazing! The sauce is so fresh you can literally taste the tomatoes. We had italian sausage, pepperoni, sweet peppers with onion. Literally best pizza hands down. Our son got the pepperoni because he doesn't like anything else and finished off 4 pieces. Freshest vegetables and the crust was perfect.“

“By far one of the best experiences I have had at a restaurant. The charcuterie tray had the most wonderful tasting meats, olives, cheese and goodies you could want. “It's that annual tradition of eating NYPD Pizza. One of the many perks of vacationing in Orlando is that this pizza place is here. I wish that they were open past 9 pm. “Sue and I have not been to this place since they converted to sit-down and order. Finally joining the real restaurant world. We have eaten here about 20 times in the last few years and have always enjoyed the food, but felt strange with the get-your-own-drink aspect of it. Anyways, we are seated at our favorite booth, Perry Como, Elvis, Dean Martin, and Sinatra (the usual suspects) crooning at a comfortable level, with decent speakers. Oscar greeted us and took our drinks order, leaving a couple of rather impressive menus with us. We spent some time looking at the menu, as the format has changed somewhat. I ordered the shrimp marsala on linguine, Sue ordered the same on some other pasta noodle (You choose). After a reasonable interval, our food arrived. 2 huge bowls of deliciousness thick enough that it could have been called a stew. Lrt me tell you, I've been to restaurants that the orders contained little meat, little mushrooms, and a LOT of broth. Not here! These bowls were crammed with a ton of food. Shrimp, portobella mushrooms and pasta that was not overcooked. I gotta tell you, Sue and I dine out a LOT...various venues all over WG/Ocoee/Windermere/Clermont. This was probably the finest meal I ever had. The improvements the restaurant made are A+ Definitely worth dropping a hundy on.“

“The best pizza and wings take out I’ve had in a long time!!I ordered the 18” cheese and 20 wing(hot) combo with and an order of calamari and an order of fries. Everything was cooked to perfection! The pizza was delicious and cheesy. The wings were big and cooked perfectly too. I ordered the Hot, it was a little on the mild side. The calamari rings were seasoned well and had the perfect crunch. “We had a wonderful dining experience tonight. Talented Italian singers set the tone for this lovely restaurant. Our food arrived hot and every dish was enjoyed immensely. Tonight we enjoyed the calamari and caprese salad, filet (cooked perfectly), the veal and lastly the salmon with shrimp. My only disappointment was that I could not bring my leftovers back to my hotel room as I had no way to heat them up the next day.“

“We enjoy our local Carrabba’s Italian Grill and especially our Server Shavonne D. She is extremely detail oriented and remembers our special requests before we even ask. Her service has turned us into regulars because we know the quality of our meal and experience is enhanced by her attention to detail.Carrabba’s Italian grill food is fresh, consistent and delicious. My favorite is their filet with mushrooms, mashed potatoes and broccoli. “Me and my mom had lunch here and you get sit yourself, someone will come up and take your order. The young lady was very nice she pointed out some items that were out to give us heads up. I’m plant-based and my mom is up and coming vegan so we got a 18” pie (pizza) that had All Vegan cheese, Sausage, Sauce, bell peppers, Black Olives, Onions, Tomatoes, Mushrooms Which came up to a little over $50 something dollar Pie (pizza). They charged $3 for every topping and depending on the size of the pie it ranges from $3-$5 per Topping even the premium items like (Vegan Sausage, Vegan Pepperoni, Vegan Cheese, Vegan Sauce). Honestly the price was a little ridiculous but the food was good nice crispy bottom it was giving brick style texture and taste. Also I asked for roasted tomatoes and Bell peppers and I didn’t taste anything roasted nor did I taste the vegan sausage to be honest you don’t see it you need a magnifying glass ? to see it. Lol not joking I was expecting big chunks but it was crumbles. When I finally tasted the sausage it was a bit dry. I’ll still come back I just know what to get and what not to get.“

“Google really needs to have a more refined rating system. Fio. Is more than a 4 but not a 5 - my waiter said they stopped making pasta because the customers did not care for the texture - their loss. Overall, nice dinner w/ jovial service in a well crafted, comfortable space.“

“My sister and I had our first visit to Cariera's in Winter Garden, FL, a family owned restaurant, for lunch about a week ago. I first heard about it a few years ago on the NextDoor App for the Dr. Phillips neighborhood in Orlando, which I believe was their original location. We grabbed the menus, sat at a booth, made our selections and then went up to very friendly Cashier/Waitress Valerie to prepay our meals and tips. I had the Fried Calamari, Shrimp & Crab Ravioli ala Vodka, fruit infused red sangria and for dessert, Limoncello cake. Sis had the Lasagna. Everything was delicious (see pics)! The calamari was seasoned crispy on the outside but light and tender on the inside. The ravioli didn't have as much crab as I would have liked but plenty of shrimp. The vodka sauce was creamy and cheesy. Even the garlic roll was fresh and warm. Everything was perfect and there was plenty leftovers to feed us a couple more days. The owner and Valerie and other servers checked on us periodically throughout our meal. The food, welcoming atmosphere and excellent customer service provided our first-time visit with a very happy, delightful experience! There are plenty of veggie and vegetarian options and a $10 'Little Bambinos' menu. Cariera's is located in a strip mall with plenty of parking except handicapped spaces are limited. We plan to return to try different things on the menu and would highly recommend for indoor and/or carry out meals with family, friends and visitors.“

“I have written a review on Calabria Ristorante in the past. Nothing has changed the food is always delicious as are the Martini's and other drinks. This post is not just about food, but a WONDERFUL WAITRESS NAMED CHRISTA G. SHE'S THE BEST! We have had her wait on us at least 3 times. She is attentive, and has a fantastic disposition. Her smile tells us she likes her job. Our friends like extra sauce and extra Parmigiano on thier chicken cutlet dinner. I try different menu items as I will try anything. I have never made a bad choice. My wife likes the Calamari, the Greek salad etc. CHRISTA ALWAYS BRINGS THE RIGHT MEAL. Try the Italian Margarita, you're gonna love it. If I could make one suggestion, people come in for special occasions. Birthdays etc. the restaurant should help in the celebration with a piece of cake and a candle or maybe a piece of Tiramisu and a candle. A happy whatever the occasion may be can be done by a server. That little touch goes a long way! Lastly the Manager needs to walk around to make sure all diners are content. I worked in the service industry for 12 years. “I pass by Orlando City Pasta at the Winter Garden Farmers Market regularly and finally decided to give them a try. They had a few flavors to choose from....all sounded great but I went with garlic. It cost $6.00 for what I am guessing was an eight ounce package. It was worth every penny. The pasta was sturdy and yet still tender. The flavor was bold but smooth...It was not pungent. I thought that the pasta was so delicious that I skipped the sauce and fresh grated parmesan....instead I tossed it in the tiniest bit of butter. It was a star all on its own.“
