I was overcharged on a promo. Employee confirmed that the system automatically unbundled the crazy puffs and 2-liter $5.99 promo if you also order crazy bread and it ends up charging a higher price than advertised. Then told they have no way to fix it because that's how the system is processing it. Contacted corporate via their website twice with zero response. How many customers have been swindled since this promo started?!? A couple bucks from every customer with those items I'm sure has added up to a hefty profit while customers were deceived!

It's such garbage to pull up at a store at 950pm and the door is LOCKED they're cleaning up and won't even ACKNOWLEDGE that your are there. WHY POST that you are open till 10pm if the lazy workers are going to lock up 10 mins early... close at 930pm then..... it's so frustrating, trying to get kids food after their sports, drive here and BOOM CLOSED 10 MIN EARLY... thanks for nothing

This is one of those reviews where they messed up and made it right. I ordered one simple and one more complex pizza with crazy bread. It cost $20 and change.The complex pizza was not prepared correctly, I was met with a cashier and manager that wanted nothing but to make it right. Ran to Publix to pick up a couple things. Came back, it was right. Does it stink to do things twice, sure. But I make lots of mistakes too so a simple mistake on a complex pizza order was almost expected at the price.They made it right, quickly and with a smile. Good value for pizza. What more do you want from little Cesar’s?I would understand being upset if it took an hour and I paid $50 like most other pizza joints take.

First of all, no receipt. Receipt machine is out order. Secondly, they messed up my order. They took back the pizza which I opened up and I think they put it back in the oven to be sold to the next customer. What if it was coughed on? This is so not right! Yuck! Nasty folks! Thirdly, they overcharged me and had attitudes. THEY messed up and want to have attitudes, like it's someone else's fault.
They are okay just little raw I have cook little more when I get home

Worst Little Caesars I have ever been to. The service is so slow and they will literally forget about you in the drive thru or inside, multiple times I come thru the drive thru and I’m sitting at the window for 20+ minutes waiting for someone to attend to me. I have ordered simple stuff like breadsticks inside and they never give me my food I have to ask them where it is after 15 min and they act clueless. Idk what’s going on but the are so slow.

Ripoff. The wings are a joke. They charge more than a dollar for a half of a wing. It's not the whole wing and the pieces are extremely tiny. Last time buying from them. The breadsticks were good though with the marinara sauce but I'm not going there just for breadsticks. Service is neutral. I've ordered online and picked up but they're not welcoming. I guess back to making my own hot wings.

I typically don't mind waiting a while for good food, but waiting 30+ minutes for only two pizzas before eventually being told that the pizzas would have to be remade is not ideal. Only two employees in the store, manager spent most of her time on her phone and made no effort to help employee behind the counter. They didn't even cut the pizzas.

I always order a fresh pizza on the app. They're usually very good. This last time, we tried the Pretzel crust pepperoni. Whoa, was that a bad choice. Even my son, who tends to over salt things, said it was bad. After reviewing the nutritional info online, it's over 12 thousand milligrams of salt! Read that again. TWELVE THOUSAND mgs. Order anything else on the menu, but stay away from the Pretzel crust.
