Took forever past the time they said and one of the pizzas looked like it was run over. Not a good experience this time. We have had good pizza out of the Ocoee and West Rd location.
I typically don't mind waiting a while for good food, but waiting 30+ minutes for only two pizzas before eventually being told that the pizzas would have to be remade is not ideal. Only two employees in the store, manager spent most of her time on her phone and made no effort to help employee behind the counter. They didn't even cut the pizzas.

This is one of those reviews where they messed up and made it right. I ordered one simple and one more complex pizza with crazy bread. It cost $20 and change.The complex pizza was not prepared correctly, I was met with a cashier and manager that wanted nothing but to make it right. Ran to Publix to pick up a couple things. Came back, it was right. Does it stink to do things twice, sure. But I make lots of mistakes too so a simple mistake on a complex pizza order was almost expected...read full review
