We got a pepperoni pizza and the alfredo. Both were great, the alfredo was especially good; perfect flavor and a nice consistency. One of us thought the pizza was amazing and the other just pretty good, but regardless, it's a solid pizza, not overly cheesy with good dough. We decided to try this tonight for the first time. We didn't know much about the place. We were very fortunate to get our order in and get a seat quickly, as it did become very busy shortly after we arrived. You have to place your order before sitting. There is a bar and an area to buy desserts. They brought bread to our table right when we were seated. The bread was okay, the oil was very "flat" tasting without much flavor. Fantastic first time at Mandolas!!! Our drinks were delicious, the hospitality could not have been better. The foccacia was on point and our antipasto appetizer very tasty. Between the braised short rib special and ravioli dinner we were stuffed but still sampled the pizza!!!! Excellent job by Adam our bartender and we can't wait to try the tiramisu and coconut cake!!!!
