I love Mandolas! But, this visit was for my friends Bday. She wanted the Sat. Special Beef Brasato. I got the Parma Pizza. We both wanted a side or half order of some pasta. So the cashier suggested the kids meal. $9.00 for 5 ravioli. My friend paid $3.25 for a milk. I had sangria. I told the server it was her bday. Crickets.... Nothing. No small Gelato. No included sml drink. I would of got more from a Mexican. Restaurant or a Carrabbas. I spent over $80+ and left there VERY DISSAPPOINTED!!!! ?

We went for the first time last night. We took our dog and sat out on the patio. The food was delicious and the service could not have been better. They brought our puppy treats and water too. Christine was top notch. We will definitely be back.

I absolutely loved the dinner and the music selection. Very peaceful, very delicious, and an all-around relaxing evening. Something for everyone, even diapers for the little ones, in case you forgot or ran out. Thank you.

Generally not a fan of counter-service restaurants but this was a great experience. There is a lot going on with traditional Italian dishes, pizza and Gelato offerings in different corners of the restaurant. While there was no table service there were lots of employees and a manager actively working the dining area.

Atmosphere is very lively. The front desk person was welcoming. But, food is way too salty and doesn’t taste fresh. Our togo pizza that usually takes a bit to make was ready in 9 minutes. Hmm-this likely means food was premade and simply heated up. Did not taste good especially for the price you pay. Not a great experience at all.

Not good. Bad food, no service.Went in for the first time for a casual dinner and to check out this newish restaurant near home.We were greeted promptly by a nice hostess who explained how their system works. From there it went down hill.First you order your food and drinks at a fast food counter. We ordered 2 entrees, a salad and 2 glasses of house Tuscan red.Cashier says $78.48 !!! I had to carry a large tray with 2 water glasses, 2 glasses of wine and service utensils, and a “Number” for them to drop our food off. Hope I don’t spill this. Then we sat down at a table inside. The place is extremely noisy, kids are running around, people are going back and forth to the serve yourself food-court style drink machine. My first comment to my spouse “ I sure hope the food’s good here.” … Well it’s not.First we received some so-called focaccia bread, with oil and herbs, I thought it was corn bread, dry and completely lacking any flavor at all. The oil and herbs were equally tasteless. The salad was an Italian chopped salad was actually pretty good, but drowning in dressing. The wine tasted like water with some wine flavoring, dryish, but complete lack of flavor.2 glasses of house red, $24.The entrees came next, chicken parm and spaghetti and sausage. The chicken was a decent size, however lacking any sauce, and the the cheese topping was thin and cooked. The sauce had no flavor, lacked seasoning, and zero body, like watered down v8 juice. The spaghetti had the same sauce. Tasteless. The sausage had pretty good flavor, heavy on fennel, but tasted good. The spaghetti was the same as with my chicken parm. Tasteless.A young person came by and actually took our plates before we were finished, so we had to ask them to bring us some replacements. The service was fast food like and employees were just running around collecting plates. All in all, we couldn’t wait to get out of this place, it’s noisy, the food is awful, and the service is useless. Our receipt stated a server, but we never spoke to anyone except the cashier and the busser who took our plates before we finished.2 people for $78.48 is an abomination in this place.Stay away and keep your money. There’s better ”fast food joints “ all over the place, and for a lot less dineros…

I love this place. Some people don't get how the place works and don't understand that you can't sit until you order. If you steal a table without ordering, there will be no table for people who have already ordered. Duh!~ ignore those peoples reviews. This place is not for them. Anyway, the food is made from scratch and it shows. Delicious! The staff is so accommodating and friendly. The guy running the place, I think his name is Greg, is always running all over the place talking to guests and making sure all is going smoothly. He stops by to visit our table every time we are there and we have a fun chat. I highly recommend any of the Chicken dishes and save room for the great desserts! The Gelato is to die for at the end of the meal. Great restaurant!

Ate there for the first time last Saturday. Sat at a table barely room for 4 ppl. Ordered some appetizers and an entre. A few minutes after the appetizers were dropped off, a waitress showed up with all our entrees. There wasn't any room at all. She seemed bothered that we would not take the entrees, so we told her to take them back. After we finished the apps, the manager brought out the entrees and explained that in order to not have this happen, we need to order apps and when we finish the apps, go back and order the entrees. This seems absurd. He also mentioned that they went ahead and took them back and made them again. I DON'T THINK SO. They were barely warm and the noodles were dry. He was nice enough to bring us 4 cookies, but that is not making me wanting to go back. And to add icing to the cake, the waitress picking up the table, dropped a knife with red sauce on my wife's white pants, which are now ruined. Some days just go bad to worse.

The food is so bad. Tasteless, cheap ingredients. Waste of time and money. It’s not even close to Italian food. More like Italian bad quality fast food.

Food is good, the place is located in a nice commercial plaza and has a patio so the place is dog friendly, they even have a doggy menu, the bread is delicious and our server was very nice
