Went to dinner and order wings and burger and cheese curds. The burger was disgusting as well as the wings. I don't eat burgers with ketchup however I had to dip my burger in it just eat it. We could not even finish our meal to gross. Not a satisfied customer. Would like a refund please.

When I tell you the food comes out quicker than a fast-food establishment, let me tell you what... that's steaming hot food right out the fryer is delicious! HOWEVER, if you go online they don't have the same deals when you dine it. You'd be better off placing an online order to-go. BECAUSE the smell of their dining room carpet is so off putting you won't want to eat in there. You can tell it has not been cleaned... in years probably.

Ordered chips and queso, first batch of chips was cold and drenched in oil, and the queso had none of its toppings. The rest of the Food was decent and came out pretty quickly. Our server, Nicolle was kinda rude and didn’t seem to want to help us. We had an issue with our rewards and when we explained it to her, she rolled her eyes and audibly sighed. She also at one point told us to just pay through the app in case she didn’t return to our table, and then disappeared for over 20 minutes. The rest of the staff was pleasant and helpful.
