The employees seem like they dont care. I will be going to the Dunkin on Curlew and 19 from now on because the employees are much more friendly. Today i bought some drinks and doughnuts for my family at this location. I told the cashier i was pulling up the Dunkin app for the rewards on my 18$ order. She ran my card. Service at the Dunkin Donuts on Tampa Rd in Oldsmar FL is VERY poor. Drive through worse than ordering inside. I've been going there for over a year and have managed to put up with the inept associates. Poor or NO training on what are product specials, whether better to order ahead online or in store.
