Overall the sandwiches and fries are great but was very disappointed with my order this time. Saw the Ad on TV for the Philly steak sandwich. It was very sad, soggy. Too much sauce. Not even close to advertisement.
Asked for the Chicken Bacon sandwich meal and got the Swiss Dip sandwich instead. I did not want to back up again. Too a little too long to get the one I ordered. Sandwich was okay.

Arbys has always been my fave. I was even telling my husband why the other day. My Grandma would pick me and my cousin up from school back in Tennessee when we were you ger and she would stop at arbys to get us jamocha shakes and a roast beef and cheddar sandwich. She left us this year but everytime I get arbys I think of her.
