so i brought in a 2 can dine for 9.99 coupon , which is a medium combo for two it’s 2 roast beef sandwich’s , 2 medium fry’s , and 2 medium drinks. first off the cashier looked at the coupon and just handed it back . she put down 2 can dine for 9.98 for two small combos instead of the medium. then they gave us only one roast beef and the other was double beef and cheddar and that wasn’t said no where on the coupon you could change the sandwich and when we went up to switch it the old lady was rude. orange city arby’s on enterprise

I've been to this Arby's many times and it just seems to get worse every time. The last time today I spent 80 dollars tonight, 80 delivered to my... The food all was cold and I mean really cold.... Absolutely no sauce for anything was in the bags which is upsetting... The sandwiches were horribly out together, such a mess.. I'm so disappointed..I ended up having to run and get sauce for what we did eat, unfortunately we had to throw out allot of it, discussing.. Unbearable and we will not be back.. Really upsetting because we use to enjoy Arby's, but not like this..
