“Absolutely fantastic, will not regret one bite , I was skeptical as most of the Philly cheesesteaks I've ever had were actually in Philadelphia, which were phenomenal Chicago and New York as well. Didn't expect to find something as wonderful in Jacksonville, Florida.“
“Wanting a snack, but not knowing what I wanted I went with a classic-some fries. I saw I could load them up with cheese, bacon, and ranch. I love loaded fries when they are done right. These didn’t disappoint. I’m sure the fries could carry themselves without the toppings. They are just the right amount of crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside. They were cooked to order. Yum! For being loaded up they weren’t overpriced! I look forward to another box on my next trip in to the mall.“
“Literally the best subs/sandwiches in Jax. Been everywhere. They beat everyone in everything when it comes to that category. The Duval Cheesesteak is the best in Jax. The Cali Burrito is the closest thing I've ever had to the west coast literally anywhere not just Florida. Tots are perfect. I can't get food without ordering them. The guys are great who run the place. If I didn't live at the beaches, I'd be there 3 times a week. The prices don't make sense. They don't make sense! That giant Philly is $12! The Cali burrito w real carne asada and homemade in house guacamole is $13.50 like how?!?! They care about their customers that's how. They're not cash grabbing like every other business post pandemic. I will support them until the day I croak. I'm assuming they'll stay in business that long the way they're operating things.“
“A solid option for a Cheesesteak. The wait is a little long because they make everything fresh. There is no indoor seating and just a few outside tables. The price may seem a little expensive at first but they have large portions. Just a warning they are cash only unless you order online(which makes it a little more expensive).“
“Just had this for the first time tonight and WOW! Absolutely on point! If you're squeamish about throwing down $13 for the regular don't be. Came absolutely loaded to the brim and I barely managed to finish! Phenomenal bread that is the perfect blend of soft, crispy, and with enough firmness to hold all of the sexy cheesy greatness.Keep it up you guys are truly doing the Lord's work!“
“Cap's has the best French Dip in town and that's saying a lot, the competition is stiff. The Hot Bobbie is special. I no longer have to wait for Thanksgiving leftovers to make one of these! I loved the Gravy for dipping the Hot Bobbie in but it was "Limited Time Only" ? The bread is another highlight for me, it's very soft and fresh with great taste. Fries at a sandwich shop seems to be a rarity but Capriotti's checks that box and then some. You can order any sandwich on fries instead of bread. The service has been good every time and the atmosphere is nice. I recommend Capriotti's to any sandwich lover.“
“I love getting these Cheese steaks! I get the mushroom cheese steak and it's always hot and delicious and made to order. Can call in your order so it's ready. Convenient to the expressway. Has a good selection of sides, can make it a combo. The staff are friendly and always remember me, as they have been there over the 15 years I've been a customer! So worth it!“
“Very friendly. Clean. Nice menu. My husband and I had the cheeseburger with fries. I had a lime and cherry drink. The burger was good. Priced right. Too bad they have fallen into the same system as McDonald's and Wendy's by cooking the burgers in advance and then warming it up. It really takes away from the burger. The lady was super nice. She knew it was our first visit and she went out of the way to explain the menu.“
“The chicken salad sandwich is very good. I really like the bread, the provolone is very flavorful, and the pickle spear is perfectly crisp and delicious! The staff is polite and prepared everything perfectly. I was a bit thrown off by the smell of (lemon?) cleaner, but it at least let me know the place was clean. I would go there again.“
