The owner was very friendly & explained the differences between a couple of the sandwiches, options, etc. The lunch was fresh, the seasoned fries exceptional & a sweet tea was perfect - and pricing was easy on this retirees budget. A discussion with the owner also revealed that they can make up trays besides individual sandwiches. So keep this restaurant in mind for family gatherings when you want to provide reasonably priced easy poolside lunches! I will be back... and back!Vegetarian options: I'm sure they would make an individualized sandwich that would be delicious!Parking: Easy to find parking space.“
“Probably the best place in the mall. Great simple concept that makes you wanna come back and try the other variations. Never have I ever gotten full simply off a baked potato of any variation, but I did here and was pleasantly surprised how much flavor everything had and how well it all melded together. Very nice yall, keep it up!! Build your own and the chicken bacon ranch are the ones I've had. Can't wait to try literally any other of the ones on that menu. Popcorn chicken is delicious“

Management is definitely on it's game along with the workers always aiming to please and make our visits memorable.Kid-friendliness: This was always best option in our opinion when our daughter was a toddler as the atmosphere was always professional and friendly and kept clean. Now in teens, we still prefer it as does she. If there is Classy Food, this is it!“
“At rush time you might be waiting in the drive through line for awhile but it's worth it.The burgers are really good. The shakes are super delicious and thick (chocolate is my favorite). The chili cheese fries are also awesome.And they are very good about customer service if your order is wrong or something similar. Cannot go wrong eating here.“
“10/10 would highly recommend. Excellent, high quality, fresh, made exactly to order, no warming lights or trays, cooked right when you order it. This particular location is a shining example of the Five Guys brand: fast, friendly, and freaking delicious. The staff was very polite and accommodating to my disabled father, helped us order exactly what we wanted, and made it all fresh right in front of us. Couldn't praise this location highly enough. If you love a good smash burger, made exactly how you want it, definitely stop by if you're on Fleming Island.“
“Polite staff clean store.could use a bit more training. When I was a kid I used to work at McDonald's and something we were told was to take the order of anybody standing at the front so the kitchen could get to work on getting the order. The young lady at the front tonight took an order filled it took an order and filled it but outside of that it was a good visit it was only two people ahead of me not that big of a deal.“
“Drive thru. Whoever the young girl is with the really long brown hair and bangs needs a RAISE or something. This just happened. She was delightful and really funny despite the horrendous situation with the car in front of me who was speaking to her for 10 minutes before even giving her payment. Food gets a 2 because i asked for no ketchup and extra EXTRA mustard and the kitchen put ketchup and a dab of mustard. I know she put in the system only extra mustard. Cashier understood and took it back and even put in extra mustard packets in the bag for me. She gets five stars.“
“I placed an order tonight and a man by the name of James (I hope I remember correctly) was very kind and patient with me. I was in a car accident about 2 months ago that left me with a temporary speech impairment. He made me feel very comfortable and didn't make me feel as if I had to rush. The young lady that delivered my pizza was very kind and pleasant. I literally cried when she left because in a world that moves so fast. So many don't have patience with people with disabilities. My pizza and brownies are fresh and my soda is cold. Thanks so much for choosing great employees to work for your establishment. They made me see that customer service is not obsolete. It has to be in the heart of the people providing the service.“
“Absolutely fantastic, will not regret one bite , I was skeptical as most of the Philly cheesesteaks I've ever had were actually in Philadelphia, which were phenomenal Chicago and New York as well. Didn't expect to find something as wonderful in Jacksonville, Florida.“
“Truthfully this place is hit or miss. I used to own a Jersey Mike's so I may be a little extra picky. This time all the tables were clean and had nice fall decorations on them. The deli counter was a little messy but I may have just caught them in between take out orders. The young man at the counter was very nice and respectful. There may be hope for this location yet.“
“I usually get the 3 piece chicken strip meal deal (box) it comes with three pieces of chicken fries a drink and a Sundae. You can always upgrade the Sundae to a different item such as a blizzard . I always use the drive through since it looks like a pain to park,it does get busy in the evening,and I was once told they ran out of chicken so I ordered something else I cannot remember. It was pretty late in the evening when I was told that.Kid-friendliness: They have sundaes for kids“
“Great place to grab some seafood after lunchtime and except on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The prices are a little high but the food is absolutely amazing. I would recommend going for lunch on Tuesday Tuesday and Thursday to get their 30 piece. Shrimp deal is absolutely worth it. Can’t say enough about the food and the service. And no matter what you have to get a side of the bang bang sauce. By far probably one of the best I have had.“
