I ordered subs for lunch from this store through Uber. They got the order wrong and put mayo on my sandwiches when that is the only thing I asked to not be put on the sandwiches. I tried to call the store, but when you press three to talk to the manager the call ends. Boo.

I participate in firehouse rewards, so placing in app orders are convenient. I have dined in and picked up at this location. I love firehouse subs, but I feel like the temperature has been off the last couple times whether hot or cold. This time I got my birthday sub for free, and also ordered a soup combo, chips and a birthday sprinkle cookie. I ordered my sub with extra toasted bread and cold meat to eat tomorrow. I’m sure it will be good! Dustiest bag of Doritos I’ve ever seen.

So, usually it was a nice place and everybody friendly. But whoever worked November 12, 2023 around 4:30 pm est time is really disrespectful people. I called firehouse subs and tried to make an order by phone so then i can drive 15 minutes and pick up my order. They put me on hold for 16 minutes, then dropped the call. I call them back and the girl tried to make a joke by saying:”oh, I will put you on hold for another 5 minutes” and laughed on that. So I finally ordered my food. When I came to the Firehouse subs at Kingsley she was acting like she never asked what size of sandwich I want, so they just started to make an order after I arrived. I understand that everyone can have a bad day, and usually I try to not leave any bad reviews for the people but they never tried to excuse or explain why that happened. Really bad experience and attitude. Host: Jayden.

I have a half hour lunch break and even ordering in advanced and waiting an extra 10 minutes after the “order is ready for pickup” time to even leave and pickup is never enough. Today my order of 2 sandwiches took 32 minutes….. just to be prepared, after ordering…. Food is good, but they seem way understaffed to keep up, can’t really blame the employees, they are all working hard.
