Tonight I had the pleasure of being assisted by GM Robert at the 430 blanding BLVD. Orange Park, FL location. Robert’s attention to detail in assuring my order was correct definitely exceeded my expectations when ordering fast food. I have a bunch of picky eaters however, Robert made sure that each request was fulfilled accurately with quickness. I received superb customer service at this location. Oh & the food was “buss’n buss’n” as the kids say! 10/10 I definitely recommend
Warning! The service here at the Blanding Blvd location is horrible. Tried to order Tenders at 9:10 pm, they stated they were out of them and that there was limited chicken as well. This location is supposed to close at 10pm, however it seems they actually close at 9pm, and while they clean up and get ready to go they will sell you any of the day’s leftovers. The one on Argyle is much farther from me, but at least they don’t this to me when I roll up at 9ish.

Very bad service in my experience from today's clerk and the delay is immense both to place the order and to pick it up, and for delivery it is not negotiable to accept an order here, they waste a lot of time, which is very valuable when it comes to deliveries.

2nd time at this location. 1st time I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, paid for it at the drive through then they asked me to wait as they had to cook more chicken. 20 min later I had to get a refund as still no chicken! Today 1/23/24 I went through the drive through but they said I would have ti wait as they did not have any cooked chicken. Also they could not take cash. Worst Popeyes ever!

I have ordered from them online again and again and again, only to receive only a portion of what I order. Sometimes something different than ordered, sometimes just no replacement item at all. I have ordered online for pick up, only to sit out in their parking lot for literally 45 minutes after going through the drive-through and being told it would be out in five minutes. This is the most incompetent, blasé , lousy customer service I have ever received. Over & over again. Unfortunately, my unexplainable love of Popeyes keeps me going back for the abuse.Popeyes: please pay your people enough to care about your customers.Dietary restrictions: If your diet does not allow you to eat anything unless it’s a surprise, then this is your place!

Chicken was dry and cold. Lobby and tables dirty. Employee on her cell phone yelling for another Employee to take our order while she made a phone call. Took order but had to go back for fries, they were not in the bag. They were out of honey but biscuit was like hockey pocks anyway. Bathrooms were filthy. Health Dept should visit this place. Visited at 4:30 p.m. business was slow. No reason for this place to be such a disaster.
