This location has to be one of the worst. They have a Caucasian lady working in the drive-thru that has dentures that is very racist. She took the Caucasian ladies order in front of me at the window and when I pulled up after I ordered on the mobile app she told me I had to drive around and get in line, a very long line. Tonight I had the pleasure of being assisted by GM Robert at the 430 blanding BLVD. Orange Park, FL location. Robert’s attention to detail in assuring my order was correct definitely exceeded my expectations when ordering fast food. I have a bunch of picky eaters however, Robert made sure that each request was fulfilled accurately with quickness. I received superb customer service at this location. Last time I went it seemed unorganized and the food well it was missing some. I got the surf and turf and the 2 tenders I got were the size of one of my fingers it was very small and so were the shrimp it wasn't at all what I expected to see from Popeyes. Very disappointed and I actually had a coupon for something esle but coupons say I can't use at any of my location and none of my location sell what the coupon was for
