The first time we went, it was closed at 7pm. The second time it was 12:30 pm and there was only 2 ppl waiting. The girl was quite rude. My husband asked something that wasn't clear in the board and she rolled her eyes and scream at him as he was deaf. The 2 available tables were filthy. I asked her for something to clean and she threw 3 napkins at me. The guy that was cooking was very slow and had someone else looking instead of helping. I am a frequent customer of Dunkin' Donuts. This location is by far the best I have ever visited! As we all know, most places are understaffed. I believe the managers name is Neomi. She was making sandwiches, preparing drinks and ringing up orders all by herself! I have actually waited longer at stores that were fully staffed! People, who have never worked in customer service are quick to give bad reviews but I know exactly how that young lady felt and she did not disappoint!!!
