It is Feb 4th 2023, and visited this International Drive 9898 Baskin Robbins location around 5:30pm. As we entered the shop to order Ice Cream, we are told by a blonde lady that they are not selling no donuts from Dunkin Donuts nor Ice Cream from Baskin Robbins. As she greets us out of the shop, she exits the shop too to start smoking. How is this even possible, a Dunkin Donuts that does not sell Donuts and a Baskin Robbins that does not sell ice cream. Extremely dissapointed, do not understand how these two stores are even operational. The companies are probably just losing money. What a shame.

This is one of those times I should've checked the yelp reviews before I drove over here. It's a Baskin Robbins that has no ice cream. I think I may need to repeat that, because that statement sounds so unbelievable, so let me do it again: this Baskin Robbins does not sell ice cream. Avoid.
Around 10am on 8/4/22 I Ordered DoorDash as a surprise for niece’s birthday from this store. I scheduled delivery for 3:50 that afternoon. I received confirmation of order. My niece received a text letting her know a gift was coming her way. At 3:40 I received a call from DoorDash saying this store wasn’t taking orders. The driver was at the store but the people wouldn’t fill the order. I have been calling the store since yesterday at 3:50 and all I get is busy signal. Very disappointed.

Rolled up at 1am last night and this dude seemed like he was running it solo. Suuuuuuper nice guy, great attitude, I hope he gets all the happiness in the world.

This is the only place I have ever visited that deserves less than 1 star. Avoid at all costs and let this place fall to the earned demise it has. They have the music so loud employees and guests have to YELL to be slightly heard. This is not a nightclub, your car or your living room, it's an ice cream shop. I took a video to capture the volume but unfortunately video upload is not an option on Yelp. This is not a job that takes a great amount of skill set and yet these employees found a way to fail in the little brain power it takes to scoop ice-cream and took a direct hit to the head with the stupid stick. The owner needs to clean house.
