Hands down of the best restaurants, not only in Florida but in North America. We have eaten at several three-star restaurants that pale in comparison to the flavor of Chef Tung’s exquisite cuisine and the beautiful environment he has created in Baldwin Park. Each service is impeccable, as lead by Trinh and Derrick. The entire team is warm and inviting. I simply cannot say enough wonderful words about Camille. I would highly recommend you try it for yourself if you haven’t already. We’ve had the good fortune of dining here more than a dozen times and I simply cannot fathom anyone rating this world-class restaurant two stars. It’s simply absurd and over-dramatic.

Disappointing. Two of the offerings I did not care to finish. The black chicken offered little taste. The sunchoke custard was bland but had a decent texture. I stirred in the caviar as instructed and it lost any texture or taste that it had to begin with. The other offerings had good deep flavor and interest. Most of the champagne pairings left me unimpressed and I left the table hungry. I have been to a number of other similar restaurant offerings and enjoyed their creativity, the distinctive flavors and the larger number of courses. I was looking forward to the Camille adventure and am done now.

I'm happy to say this place didn't disappoint! We went on a Thursday night to celebrate my birthday. Upon arrival, they welcomed you at the door and walked you to your seats; everyone was friendly and inviting. The place is gorgeous, spotless, and modern, with a big counter table where we all sat. It was only eight people, which made the experience very intimate. We had the Early Spring menu, and the food was delightful, with an exciting approach to Vietnamese traditional dishes! We don't eat beef, and they were very accommodating! My favorite dishes were the black chicken and Spanish Sole, rich in flavor and with incredible presentation. The menu is well thought out, but on a personal note, I felt it was missing an extra course. In these restaurants, you never expect to leave stuffed, but I also don't wish to go a little hungry, especially when you have an elevated price tag. There is one dish where the chef offers a white truffle “enhancement.” the price isn't disclosed until the end, which is a weird concept. You can always say no, but then you feel missing out on something the chef recommends. I wonder if there is a better approach, like disclosing it when making your reservation or something like that. The wine pairing is top-notch, and I highly recommend it! The music was a little loud, and the playlist was somewhat out of place. There were a few viral songs from TikTok that I didn't expect to hear at a high-end restaurant.I am so excited about this addition to the neighborhood; while there is some room for improvement, this restaurant is good and on the right path to the Michelin star.

Absolute perfection. From the moment you walk into this restaurant, you are greeted with a smile and a sense of welcome. The music is low key and relaxing. The servers are knowledgeable and friendly. The place is pure elegance and sophistication. The menu features the freshest and best ingredients I have ever tasted. The owner took the time to come to our table and ask about the food. I definitely recommend experiencing this place.

Very pricey, but quite the unique dining experience. The plates were very artfully prepared. Staff was very pleasant, courteous & informative. Finding parking was a real struggle in Baldwin Park.

Such an amazing restaurant. This is one of the nicest dining experiences I've been to in Orlando and I think this is just the beginning of my obsession The menu rotates often, but I'd say the pho and wagyu were mine and my husbands favorite as it was so decadent. I would love to see what's up next on the menu. The service and ambiance was fantastic and we loved meeting the head chef who seems quite personable.

- Oysters: Many restaurants start with oysters here (I personally like Soseki's sweet melon flavor). The tea egg on the top right has a long-term presence with a truffle tea flavor. Good overall.- Lobster: Shrimp was okay, but the green sauce resembling pesto made with cilantro, basil, and something else had a hint of mintiness. Love that!!- The orange-yellow dish resembling lasagna with a short rib was on the sweeter side- Salmon: fried fish skin on top? Not a fan of fish skin, but the overall flavor was too mild for me.- Squab: Sweet and sour flavor with crispy rice similar to mochi. Tasty- Crab two ways: curry with a base similar to tapioca pearls. Used to offer bread; the new menu might have made this the main course- A5 Wagyu beef: Not much difference for me between red meats, but the joy of fat content is undeniable.- Dessert time! The tartness of the green apple surprised me, had to gulp down two sips with the red bean paste at the bottom.- Like ice cream on toast.

I had a fantastic experience at the Camille chef’s table tasting menu. There is a thoughtfulness to all aspects of the dining experience - from decor, service, music, and of course the food. Here Viet flavors have been translated and creatively refined through French haute techniques. I feel this sort of east-west fusion is often attempted but rarely executed effectively. Not the case here where the chefs are clearly knowledgeable and assured in their choices. As of this review, Camille is on the Michelin guide but it’s clear from their efforts (and prices) they have aspirations to achieve a star - which may very well be in their future. So it follows I would judge them against the best meals I’ve had.A couple dishes were absolutely stunning in their balance, depth and singular uniqueness (the trout comes to mind). These bites were worth the visit just on their own merits. In other instances I just felt the details weren’t all there - one dish was too salty for my taste, in another instance fried leeks were tough and chewy. The sweet and sour tamarind flavor was utilized a bit too frequently throughout.Ultimately I would highly recommend a visit to Camille and there is great value here despite the price. Others have mentioned the optional enhancements - I had no problem with asking for the prices of these additions. The service was superb. They are on the rise and I’m certain they will continue to develop and refine their already impressive offerings.

My wife and I went for our anniversary, food was incredible, but the service may have been even better. The attention to detail on all aspects of the experience really came through. While the experience is expensive, I have not been to a better restaurant in the Orlando area.

Queue up the Rihanna song... "where have you been all my lifeee?!" What a phenomenal experience tonight! Trinh and Chef Tung, along with their team are amazing! We visited Camille tonight for dinner with two of our friends. We had wanted to visit Camille for quite some time, but were not sure about the restrictions. Trinh was absolutely wonderful upon our arrival greeting us and reviewing our dietary preferences. She seated us at the chefs table, and Derrick, was able to take some pictures for us in front of the Camille sign. All of the food was being prepared meticulously in the galley where we could see the art of work being layered beautifully. Every single dish was absolutely mouthwatering. Each item left you wanting for more. The depth of flavor and flavor profile in each and every dish was astounding. I could not imagine how so much flavor could be packed into something so tiny. One of our friends that we visited with was Vietnamese, so I loved to hear all of the background Information on what inspired chef to make each dish. I do not like scallops at all, but these were the best scallops that I have ever had. The flavors were sweet, savory, the pho was remarkable, the Dover sole as well as the Wagyu, was delectable. I cannot truly tell you a favorite that I had a because every single dish was so different and so delicious. I think I even licked a bowl when no one was looking! Camille has recently just entered the Michelin guide, and I am so proud of them! Their menu changes every few months, we are already planning our next visit. I thought that there was a zero proof pairing, but Derrick advised us that there wasn't. So, it was not a big deal for me, but I would've liked to see one. My husband got the wine pairing, and was pleasantly surprised at every single wine that was chosen for each plate. The ambience was absolutely stunning! It was like an upscale, modern, clean line, at home feeling, yet sophisticated vibe. The music in there was awesome and the level was great. The restrooms were so clean and extremely well stocked. The products were hand chosen by Trinh and you can tell. I appreciate a wonderfully stocked and fabulous restroom. If you are having an emergency, she's got you covered in the restroom! The chef and sous chef and service team came by and explained every single dish and presented it to all of us exquisitely. Chef came over and spent a little time with each of us and that was a very nice touch. Such a great team and the vibes were 1000% on point. They offer a five course tasting at the tables if you do not want to do the 10 at the chefs table. I will say, though, I wish there were 12 courses! If you are thinking about possibly coming here, please do! You will not regret it!

This is hands down if not the best restaurant in Orlando then too 2 for me. This place creates art with food. It’s pricey but worth every penny. Every bit is something new, that I’ve never tasted before. This is a must go!

The dining room experience at Camille felt like a lucid dream, where a place you’ve never been before can feel like home, and people you’ve never met before can feel like trusted friends ready to guide you on a perfectly paced adventure. We were seated at a spacious, comfortable, and private booth with cozy throw pillows that seamlessly pulled the elegant, minimalist decoration from the vaulted ceilings and walls down to the table. To say that the team took excellent care of us or that the service was wonderful would still be so far from doing justice to the dining team’s hospitality that it almost feels too quaint an expression to use here. Every moment there was blissful, and executing that level of teamwork and precision is no small feat.I can’t even begin to describe the dishes for each of the five courses. So, I won’t: you’ll have to experience them for yourself. After our dining service finished, the Chef took time to thank us for coming and even showed us a tool used to prepare one of the dishes that we had a question about. It was so generous of him to teach us.Can’t wait to experience the magic again next time.

My husband and I came here for a belated valentines dinner and had a phenomenal experience! We are big foodies and have tried many of the Michelin star/guide restaurants in Orlando, but this one is our favorite all around so far! It's got a great vibe & decor, the service is top notch, and every single dish was delicious. I couldn't recommend this place more!
