Had a tasty bite at the yelp noir event. Salmon sushi hand roll. Very fresh salmon mixed with a voodoo sauce which has Heinz's 57, Worcester sauce honey,cayenne,curry,coriander,garlic Onion,chilli powder and liquid smoke all whipped up to make a flavor and perfect sauce to mix the salmon in. Delicious light bite. Liked that he took the time to speak and video him. Inviting table.
Super expensive, but worth it. They changed their atmosphere from a regular sushi place to a more upscale once. The tastings are unique and they have all the exotic dishes that I love like Uni, Ikura, and oysters.

This was one of the best sushi restaurants in Orlando! The atmosphere, food, and service were all top notch. We ordered the sushi tower and a few extra rolls; and, they were all FANTASTIC. Their selection of rolls were fantastic and all within reason. A must visit in Baldwin Park!!!
