I have never gone in but I always go to the bathroom that is nearby, but once they brought me food and the truth is 10 out of 10, it is super delicious, I will go this week and I will write how it goes

This is mostly because the woman with glasses who works the front is rude me pretty much every single time I come in. Only one in this location that can seriously ruin my good mood from day to day. Sadly I will start to walk out if she is there from here on out. I gave benefit of the doubt time and time again but No Always Rude. Finally got name.. DeniseKid-friendliness: Only team member rude every time is Denise. Always a smart remark to me. Rest of the store is the real deal.

We were a party of three. I not only enjoy Chick-fil-A for their wonderful tasty menu, but also for their consistency from store to store. No matter where you go, it seems, the food is always delicious. This time, however, two of the meals seemed like they been sitting around for a while.. definitely did not live up to my expectations for a Chick-fil-A location. And the atmosphere was good even it was pretty busy just around 12:45 PM. I’m not trying to Chick-fil-A just letting Management know that we have to watch more closely how long the food is sitting before we serve it. I’m sure there’s a balance between getting the food out fast in getting the food out fresh. We got the food fast this time around. I did notice what appeared to be the manager working very hard bringing food out to people even outside the store into the mall. You go man!
Everytime without a fail they always get my order wrong. It’s getting ridiculous at this point. I get it, it’s busy but need to pay attention to what you’re putting out. I’m paying for this, it’s not free…

Was at the mall , stop by and grab a chick fil A deluxe meal ( burger , fries and a shake) , the fries were Old , dry and staled , burger didn’t taste good . Definitely would not Recommend.
