Amazing customer service they greet you as you walk in. The gelato is amazing probably the best gelato in America I've ever tasted plus you get to sample after buying. The store is so cute and clean.
Esteban was one of the servers today, at 3:31 pm, he was throwing the sample spoon container every time customers ask for a taste, never during the 15 min we stand there waiting in line he gave customers eye contact, smile or a simple greeting, the other young lady was some what better but it is sad they treated people like that!

Everyone loves ice cream. The staff at Lucciano's has to be one of the humblest staff in the mall and around so being patient makes the experience of having some of the world's best gelato that much more outstanding.
