The food is bland. The food could use some seasoning. Service was okay nothing special. As far as the ambience the bathrooms are dirty and should get wipe down.

Everyone was so nice and helpful. 1st time at Chick Salad Chick and will definitely be back. Loved that I could sample a few options before buying one. They do come with a pickle spear so beware just in case you dislike them ( like me) everything my group ordered was fresh and well liked. They liked the watermelon tea and the surprise cookie with the sandwiches

Visiting from Atlanta where we eat at CSC often! I was shocked this one was rated so high. $11 later the serving I got was TINY and the fruit was rotten. When I went to have it switched out, the girl at the counter wasn’t friendly about it. We love CSC. Bummed we didn’t have the best experience at this one.

This place is delicious. Great story about the owner/founder. We had the classic Carol in a croissant. Lovely atmosphere and friendly staff.

If I could choose negative stars, I would. Let me start with, we LOVE chicken salad chick. Just not this one. We were served gnats. The soda was weirdly flat. The carbonation was kind of there but then would be syrupy flat. Kudos on creating flat, carbonated soda. I could of forgiven the soda but fat gnats in our to go box of food?? Once the manager finally came out, he tried to justify it with, we live in Florida. True. But so do other restaurant owners and guess what, not served gnats. Do you know how long it takes for gnats to go from eggs to adult? Do you know what filthy conditions are needed? I looked at him and said no, the gnats are from the stacks of trash in your kitchen which can be seen from the bathroom area. And I am pretty sure the toilet not flushing properly isn't helping. The manager then said they were understaffed. I said that's no excuse to not remove the garbage and or filth of 4-6 days it would take to produce gnats in the kitchen. We should have walked out when the initial smell hit us at the door. But we really wanted some good lemon basil salad. We asked what the smell was and ironically, the manager was who took our order and assured us it was just the smell of chicken and mayo. No, son, that was not it.

Went to Chicken Salad chick for the first time after hearing a lot of great things . Would definitely return. I got the sassy Scott sandwich combo meal . So good, so much flavor . The women who checked us out gave us lots of recommendations and tips. Also tried the chicken tortilla soup very good. I hope they build one close to PA soon.

Chicken Salad Chick is a great experience and very healthy restaurant. The 12 flavors of chicken salad made fresh daily are a great option. I had the Sassy Scotty scoop with my salad, and it was excellent.

I didn't think I would like it at all, but it turned out to be worth the hype. I ordered the Chick Melt with Sassy Scotty (a zesty blend of ranch, bacon, & shredded cheddar cheese) along with Loaded Potato Soup. The meal also included crackers and a sugar cookie. The croissant of the Chick Melt was crispy on the outside and soft and buttery on the inside. I was impressed that it was not oily. The Sassy Scotty Chicken Salad was flavorful and the bacon enhanced the taste. The Loaded Potato Soup was one of the best I have ever had. It was perfectly balanced and not too salty. The line can be very long during lunch, and when I was there, only one register was open. However, once I ordered, the food came out very quickly. The ambiance was very chill.

It was our first time to Chicken Salad Chick and Nayeli was extremely helpful and introduced us to some samples which were all wonderful. If you haven't been here yet I highly recommend it. Everything was delicious!!! I got the Fancy Nancy on a croissant with a side of Buffalo Barclays and Fruit and my wife had the Lauryns lemon Basil with broccoli salad- it was all amazing!

Stepping inside is like stepping into your granny's kitchen/dining room. Not my aesthetic but the food is great. I love the Classic Carol toasted on a croissant. Soup was delicious. Mac and cheese was nothing outstanding. Fast casual, order from the counter. Service is super quick.

It took a long time for me to try this place and it is so good! It's quality and well worth the price. I tried the new melt and you have several choices of flavors. I'm dying to try the one with pineapple. The Barbie Q was very good. Maybe my favorite. There were samples if you wanted. Everyone was extremely cordial. I think there are 11 flavors. Soups AND salads. A lot to choose from. I will be back.
