Paula is seriously amazing!! Came here on Sunday night around 8pm with my wife and 2 kids. Spent all day at Disney Animal Kingdom and we wanted a cold treat. There was a pretty long line but we didn't mind since my kids never tried it. She let my daughter sample the flavor she wanted. We got 2 custard swirls and a mango vanilla gelati. The employee Colton that works at this location is AMAZING!!! If he isn’t already the manager, he really needs to be!! My family and I spent the last week here in FL for my son’s 9th birthday. When we walked in, my son had seen the Rita’s mascot in the store. My son who is special needs asked if we could buy it for his birthday. I moved here from Maryland and I missed having my Rita's custard. I'm so glad they are here in Orlando now! Don't ever go away. Their custard is the creamiest ice cream custard you will ever taste. Incredible! And the flavored ice with the custard in a gelati, amazing! If you haven't tried Rita's you've got to go!!! Such a treat!
