The cashier was very nice . But there was some one touching other people's food and I really didn't like that . They need to have more control on which orders belong to who so others don't touch every one food or bags.

I must say that, though this location is a little bit out-of-the-way for me, sometimes I plan to have extra time so I could stop in to grab my favorite food and drink from this location. There is so much consistency at this location, It brings me back. My breakfast sandwich is always made to perfection, the way I requested. My coffee is always consistent and has the same great taste every single time. There is too much inconsistency in other locations but this one always gets it right. The staff is always friendly and the location is always clean. Being in the restaurant industry, I value when places, take the time to give the guest what they want, what they need, and are consistent with great food quality!

I went to Dunkin' Donuts a few weeks ago for my morning breakfast and coffee. Since it was a mobile order, I came in to pick it up and then left. Unfortunately, the coffee lid was not sealed correctly, causing it to spill all over my clothes. Additionally, the donut was placed face down with something on it, making it unsuitable for consumption.I promptly called and spoke with Luna, the manager in charge, to inform her about the incident. Luna was apologetic and suggested that I come in so she could remake my breakfast at no charge. Due to scheduling constraints, I couldn't make it for a week. However, when I showed up a week later, Luna still remembered me and immediately took care of my order. Her demeanor was incredibly humble and kind, ensuring that I was satisfied with my replacement order.I want to express my gratitude to Dunkin' Donuts for having such a wonderful staff member like Luna. She went above and beyond to make sure customers are taken care of, and she certainly deserves appreciation for her exceptional service.Thank you!

I wanted to place a large order for the next day & I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone, even after 5 attempts! So, I go to the store to place an order & am told the phone doesn't always work, they've reported it several times, but it still hasn't been fixed. Hey Manager/Owner...FIX YOUR PHONE OR I'LL TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE IN THE FUTURE!!

I usually like Dunkin, but this experience was very unfortunate. I went in for breakfast and expected to get some sort of “fast food” and my wait was anything but fast. The employees were very young and inexperienced. I constantly heard them say “bro, I am so slow.” I watched as a piece of cheese fell on the counter and they looked around and put it back on the sandwich. After a very long and unnecessary wait I got to my car and started eating my bagel; Only to find that the only cream cheese was smashed into the hollow center of the bagel. Please make that make sense to me? Then my Sourdough breakfast sandwich was barely heated up. I should have just waited in the long line of the Curry Ford/Alafaya location.

the management is TERRIBLE. the owners are really rude and do not help workers. the manager is not on top of their job. they do not provide the proper uniform. a very unprofessional establishment. i do not recommend

I've been going to this facility since it opened and they have gone through some rough growing pains that culminated into the facility you see today. It is a medium to small dunker donuts with indoor seats available. I'm I'm not happy with their donuts selection , it used to be good . it appears that they no longer longer carry all different flavors and types of donuts; only the ones that are most popular to that particular facility. I like the chocolate cream filled Donuts which they no longer carry and I am forced to go to another duncans, down the road For them. But this facility is directly on my way home , so I always stop here for a coffee and recommended.

Wanted ice coffee from Dunkin checked on line said it closes in 30 minutes got there at 6:39 and they where closed wasted my time and gas for no reason ???
