One of the best Dunkin in the area for sure, from a true blue New Englander. Staff is very nice, service is quick, and great music (yes really.) I did not encounter any of the problems listed with the one star reviews and I have been going for the last 4 days every morning.Parking: Free parking and quite a bit.
Employees suck. Rang up multiple people’s orders incorrectly. Got coffee pretty quick (though missing one because employee rang up the order wrong). Another guy came up to the register because employee double charged him. Not an issue of unfamiliarity with system, employee was obviously unhappy working and did not care. All the people working look miserable, get them some help. Don’t wanna go back.
