Being from New England, I was very skeptical going to a Dunkin’ Donuts in Florida but the service here was great. The girl read my mind that I need hashbrowns. Service was quick and perfect.

One of the best Dunkin in the area for sure, from a true blue New Englander. Staff is very nice, service is quick, and great music (yes really.) I did not encounter any of the problems listed with the one star reviews and I have been going for the last 4 days every morning.Parking: Free parking and quite a bit.
Steer clear of this location at all costs! The franchisee is unethical and steals money from customers and Dunkin’ corporate could care less about helping to resolve the issue. I was in Orlando for a wedding on 2/10/24 and wanted to pick up some coffee for the groomsmen. I placed and order that included 2 Boxes O’Joe. When I arrived to pick up my order the staff informed me that they didn’t have the boxes for the BOJ and didn’t offer any alternative so I asked for a refund. They refused to refund me the $44 for the BOJ on site and said I would have to call the number in the app for a refund. I was in a hurry so I left the store and called the # in the app while driving to another nearby Dunkin to try and get some coffee where I had a similarly nightmarish experience. At that point I decided I was done with Dunkin’ locations in Orlando and headed to a nearby Starbucks where I had a complete 180 degree experience. The Starbucks staff were pleasant and helpful and had me out of the store with 2 boxes of coffee in 15 minutes. However with the repurchase of the coffee at Starbucks I had now spent $90 on coffee. It’s now been 13 days with several calls, emails, messages, etc. to Dunkin’ via various channels and the only response I ever receive from Dunkin is “So sorry to hear about this. We’ve made the appropriate representative aware.” So long story short, think twice about patronizing this location and Dunkin’. They apparently condone and support theft from customers.
