We are Next Level Chef fans so we wanted to see what Chef Blais was delivering....it did not disappoint. Very nice setting off in its own building, surrounded by landscaping and natural areas. Service was excellent very friendly and knowledgeable. For Apps we had the Ice Cold Oysters and Pearls, which were very good but the Grouper Ceviche was outstanding. For our entree we ordered the Crispy Skinned Fish for Two. A red snapper served whole, not necessarily my wife's thing but she very much enjoyed it. Large pieces of fish are easy to pick off and move to your plate. The Coconut was a nice dessert to finish the evening

I wanted to like this place and we ordered a lot of appetizers and snacks. The food was either too sweet or bland.- clams was too sweet even though there was a slight spicy aftertaste- croquettes were too sweet and tasted like ketchup- oysters were bland and needed acid- avocado crab was too tart and overshadowed the crabThe best items were the bread/butter and the Yuka friesThe service was fine, however we had to ask them a few times to clear things we were done with and then at the end they kept trying to clear our plates while we were still eating. Our server, was a little bit pushy on what we should order. We had a reservation at 5 so the place was empty so it did take away from the experience as well.Overall for the price even factoring the fact is located in a hotel was not what I expected. Mostly, the food lacked flavor and balance. We gave it a try but will not be dining here again. Thanks

Awesome service, all the staff were very friendly and you can tell they are trained for teamwork. Our waiter made great recommendations. I felt like the true food stars were the appetizers. We tried the app smorgasbord that included oysters, shrimp, crab claws, clams, shrimp toast and more. Everything was great. Drinks were very good and the baked Florida was a nice end to the meal. Valet parking is free, get your ticket stamped when you check in. They also have self parking.

Four Flamingos Exceeds Expectations with Fresh Seafood and Exceptional Service!Dinner at Four Flamingos in Orlando went above and beyond my expectations. From the moment we were seated, our server Marc provided attentive and friendly service that elevated the whole experience. To start, we sampled three excellent small plates - Canaveral shrimp, wild boar sliders, and a tuna tostada! The shrimp were huge plump and sweet and super fresh. The wild boar sliders packed big taste into these little bites with their juicy patties and pickled onions which was a fin surprise. The tuna tostada was a bright, flavorful dish with high-quality fresh tuna complemented by the sweet/tart passion fruit yolk and tasty avocado cream. For our entree, we opted for the swordfish prime rib, which we were told was the most popular dish. This featured tender swordfish steak with a zesty lime crust and brown butter sauce, served with the cutest lemon wrapped, which meant no seeds. Each bite was utterly delicious with the bright citrus flavors and super fresh fish. For dessert, we had the Baked Florida, which was a Baked Alaska/Key Lime Pie hybrid, which Marc brulee'd tableside. Not only was it delicious, it was sweet and tart, it was the perfect end to an amazing meal.Throughout our meal, Marc's service was spot on - knowledgeable about the menu, friendly, and perfectly attentive without being intrusive. He's an asset to the Four Flamingos team. With its fresh, creatively prepared menu and Marc's consistently excellent service, Four Flamingos is a true gem in Orlando's dining scene. I'll definitely be returning to explore more of their fabulous menu very soon.Parking: Parking validated at restaurant

One the most memorable dinners I have ever had. Our waiter Mark was the most attentive and accommodating server. My girlfriend is entertaining the idea of having our wedding there. The chef Shelby is an artist at work and even came to our table and checked on out satisfaction. We couldn't be more pleased.

Four Flamingoes is in the most beautiful setting and we have been going there for years when we visit Florida. The servers have also been there for years and it shows. They are so kind and friendly and accommodating. They make your dining experience calm and relaxing and we had a great time.

The kitchen got slammed and we had to wait quite a while for our food. The staff was excellent in letting us know and apologizing for the way, however, by the time we ate it was so late the experience was not great. We also sat at the bar before our reservation for a drink and were never acknowledged by the bartender even though we were right in front of the register - he could have just easily looked up and said ‘will be with you shortly'. Instead we waited 10 minutes and then just left and waited in the reception area.

Overrated chef named restaurant.Atmosphere is more resort than fine dining. Waiter was very accommodating but had too many tables to attend to. Ceviche appetizer was worst I've had, but entrees were delicious.

An amazing experience...the oxtail/foie gras empanada yumm! David recommended the tuna tostada. So lite. It didn't disappoint. My crab cake the best I have EVER had...David recommended "MOQUECA" it left him wanting more. The flaming keylime pie which was brought to the table, just completed the night. We are confident that every server is competent. However, David is outstanding and has been with the hotel for 40 plus years and knows how to make everyone special
