We are Next Level Chef fans so we wanted to see what Chef Blais was delivering....it did not disappoint. Very nice setting off in its own building, surrounded by landscaping and natural areas. Service was excellent very friendly and knowledgeable. For Apps we had the Ice Cold Oysters and Pearls, which were very good but the Grouper Ceviche was outstanding. For our entree we ordered the Crispy Skinned Fish for Two. A red snapper served whole, not necessarily my wife's thing...read full review
