We waited for a LONG time for our food at Fusion Bistro, and in the end it was not worth it. They forgot to include ginger and wasabi in the order, which I specifically asked for, and the sushi was mediocre. We didn't even finish it, as one of the rolls was topped with a thick, goopy layer of some kind of spicy mayo. I knew that mayo was in the description, but it was WAY too much and just got scraped off. The food was very overpriced (like everything else at CityWalk) and not great.

The sushi rolls that we all ordered were really good. Sake bombs and plum don't wine were really good. Chicken wings were disappointing, no crisp, no color, mushy skin, but they were cooked all the way through.

This is a hidden gem inside Universal. The beer and rolls are decently priced and excellent! Staff was polite! I'll be back next time around. I had the crunchy crab. I bought one and went back for a second to bring to the room for later.

Horrible! Shrimp tempura roll was stale, too much rice on all the rolls and a pound of it on the nigiri! Served my sake before the meal was ready so it was cold! Also for $80 they should have bought me a decent dinner before they railed me! Go to cowfish instead.

Really great service! The lady taking my order was able to answer all of my questions and helped me get everything I wanted. It’s hard getting service like this now. Every time I eat here the food is hot, fresh, and delicious. There are other more expensive choices around here and this one is a superior experience for the price.

Please take better care of your staff.When I visited I stoped in for sushi.There were many people “ working”.Unfortunately the only employee who did ANYTHING while I was there was the kind blonde women with tattoos. She was running around as best as she cool to accommodate customer. While other employees walked around looking confused .Took 45 minutes to get cold TAKE OUT sushi when we were originally told 10.

Only rating this based on the girl at the front counter. The sushi was okay( to be expected at a place like this) The girl at the front counter was so sweet. She was refreshing after quite a few hostile people at the other food places (it's Valentine's Day and everyone is a bit over whelmed) She even remembered my name when I went back about 30 mins later for an extra napkin. If my business was close I would poach her. This is the type of employee establishments should be so thankful to have! (Feb 14th 3:15)
If you're into gas station quality sushi and rude service, this is your go-to place! I ordered the California roll and fried gyoza with rice along with a soda. The lady gladly took my money, then served me a water with my food because "we out of soda." She declined to give me a refund and told me I could have a bottled water instead. The gyoza came out steamed, not fried like I ordered. She told me they were "out of fried." The sushi was ice cold and chewy. Tasted similar to something you'd find at midnight at a 7-11. Go elsewhere!

Stumbled across this place today and it was great. I had the spicy tuna roll that really had some kick and actually went back to place another order to try their salmon nigiri. Best salmon I have had. Will go back and highly recommend for both quality/taste but also for the friendly service

I love sushi and this sushi was not good at all. So, dried and the rice in my sushi garden tasted undercook. My husband had the Roti wings and he liked them. Service was fast but I would not go again!

As a person that has eaten a lot of sushi, this place it's bad. The workers are really nice. Fast service. Bought three different rolls and the super shrimp roll was the better one of the three. After eating the three rolls we went to buy another super shimp and it was awful, definitely not made the same as the other person working made it. They did replace it though as we had to throw it out.
