Oh wow. What an AMAZING dining experience, I cannot wait to go back.By far, the best meal of my life!@kadenceorlando is a private dining experience, where there are only 9 guests dining at a time. It's a 2:30hr experience, while the chefs are prepping and cooking directly in front of you while sharing stories and teaching you about each meal they prepare. The fish was fresh, the ambiance pleasant, clean, lux, and all about the food. I loved the plain walls and the crisp bar tables. There is so much more I can say about this place, but it wouldn't be enough, you have to experience it yourself. .

I had one heck of a wonderful Saturday evening not too long ago. I’ve passed by the place a few times in my walks and was always curious about it. My brother recently informed me that they had a Michelin star, and that only further enkindled my interest. It just rolling around evening time. I’d had a few drinks at one of the local establishments on a whim. I was about to go walking back home and I pass by the mysterious all-black door of the restaurant on the way back. I stopped and thought: “What the heck? Why not pop in and check it out?”I’m very glad that I did!The folks there were incredibly friendly! I did not partake in the food experience (I’ve got to save some money up before I do something like that, although I certainly do want to) but I did have a drink while I was there. I believe it had some kind of plum juice in it? The presentation was very lovely. And all considered was a great price for what I got! ($10, if I recall correctly, and one of the better things I’ve had in recent memory!)Incredible service, genuinely kind people, and wonderful drinks! Now I might refrain from going so hog wild on a weekend next time when I’m rambling on my lonesome, but you guys were incredibly gracious and cool! And I want to thank you for taking great care of me and the other nice couple there that night. It seems like you really value the people you’re serving. And that to me, even moreover than the food, makes me want to write this today.Just wanted to say thank you guys sincerely for your hospitality and good atmosphere. It made the evening that much more special. ? Be well, y’all!

This restaurant did not disappoint. It is a memorable dining experience with the best fish selections, sushi preparation and team. I have been to this kind of restaurant in NYC and Boston, but Kadence far surpassed my previous “big city” omakassi experiences. We are so lucky to have this kind of sushi in Central Florida and they deserve all of the great awards that they have!

Let's just say it's a Japanese restaurant with a Filipino dessert twist. Seems like they offer dessert tasting/bento that's worth trying. Didn't realize this place was already a hidden gem in Orlando.

Top tier ingredients.Creative dishes.Superb nigiri.Flawless technique. But above all - Kadence is run by actual humans. It's a glorious mix of being in a high-end sushi setting with a killer playlist and chefs who are people like you and me.Sake pairings and general options are thoughtfully curated and fucking delicious. If you want high-level sushi, there is no reason to go anywhere else. You haven't lived until you have an unagi hand roll listening to Trick Daddy.Accept no substitutes - this is the joint.

Outstanding Sushi, Presentation, and Service. I've been eating sushi for nearly 40 years, started before it was trendy. Hands down this was the best sushi I've ever had. My son endulged myself and my wife to dinner at this Michelin Star restaurant. Chef Mark, his wife Jennifer, and helper Isaac delivered an exceptional visual and epicurian experience. We also had the 7 serving Sake Flight which paired well with the Sushi. Can't say enough good thigs about our experience. If you have an opportunity to try Kadence do not pass it up. Michelin Star well-deserved!

Food is okay(4star bc I like sashimi, this type of food) but overpriced(-1 star), especially handroll and Umeboshi Shiso Onigiri. Chirashi Bowl is a bit too salty.

We picked up some items from their to go menu to try out - Fish was very fresh and tasty! It was easy to order on Tock and easy to pick up. The bowls were delicious, filled with a variety fish, and I felt comfortably full after. The space is colorful and small - perfect for a special occasion dinner!

They have earned that Michelin star and then some- this was the best sushi I have ever had in my life- and that's coming from someone who lived in Japan for 6 months. The ambiance is a gorgeous balance of modern and traditional with a fun/street edge, and I loved it! The dining space is an intimate bar set up on what feels like a hidden room so your entire focus is on the chef and those eating alongside you. It showcases the personalities of the chef, his wife, and their team. Their story is amazing and their balance of energy is so wonderful- the chef was fun, modern, slightly crass (Floridian energy through and through) in the best way possible, and his wife as our server was elegant, soft spoken, and incredibly kind in the most Japanese way possible. I paid for the sake pairing with each dish and would absolutely recommend to anyone that loves sushi or sake and wants to celebrate everything that's magical about food!
