Everyone loves ice cream. The staff at Lucciano's has to be one of the humblest staff in the mall and around so being patient makes the experience of having some of the world's best gelato that much more outstanding. As a customer I don't mind driving all the way out from UCF/Oviedo for Superb Gelato, some the best in the world. As a former employee, it was excellent. I got to learn how to perform as a Gelato Server and serve some of the best customers with teachers teaching me at Lucciano's how to prepare the Lucciano's style of dessert. I would return to work in a heartbeat to improve, make up, and ingress in being a better employee then I was. Thank you so much Lucciano's!!! I got the pistachio fruit pop and it sucked. Like literally threw away half. The outside was just green colored white chocolate and the inside was almost gritty and didn’t taste like pistachio. Maybe freezer burned but whatever it was was not worth $10 with tip. Also a little peeved that the tip button was 15, 20, or 25. There was no skip and the custom tip button was greyed out. Happy to tip but sheesh $10 and not even enjoyable…

Amazing customer service they greet you as you walk in. The gelato is amazing probably the best gelato in America I've ever tasted plus you get to sample after buying. The store is so cute and clean.

The place in general look cool and nice’But the service wasn’t the best, like honestly please you all need to put more people at least one the lady was alone and that’s probably why her attitude wasn’t the best she is probably frustrated! Let talk about the bowls!!! Mango w coco ? the mango not it……. The coco is mmm ok….. the passion fruit cheesecake was ok… I don’t know it just wasn’t for me….. I’m gonna stick to my regular ice cream ? shops!!!
