Our night was amazing! Our server and chef were great. We haven't been to Kobe in about 8 years and it was even better. Our steaks were cooked perfectly and our chef had so many jokes and tricks. Everyone was ver welcoming and helpful.

Amazing experience, chef was highly entertaining, food was to die for! Massive portions though and we all ordered appetisers! Lucky they supply takeaway boxes for your leftovers!

Good experience after the yawn from the staff getting us at the door. No doubt it’d been a long day. The experience was great, stacks of food there’s no need to order any of the appetisers after the complimentary ones. Drinks service a little slow but overall a good experience

Fun, entertaining. So much food. Delicious. Fun experience, but pricey. Staff was attentive and friendly. Constantly refilling our drinks. Cool tables seat 8 people (we were 6 guests, so 2 strangers were added to the table). Loud environment.

Go! We went last minute on a whim due to inclement weather rolling in. We were searching for something fun to do with toddlers instead of sitting in the room to wait out the storm. This place was wonderful! We made reservations online for 6:30. We were seated within 10 minutes of arriving. They have a really cute fish pond inside our girls gushed over. The food was so good! I personally ordered steak and shrimp. Abel (our cook) was super nice. We got double rice and no noodles. However, our girls loved them! About $10 more per person that our local hibachi restaurants.

I have tried many resturants of this type and I have to say this one is on my good list. I liked that they serve the salad in front of you. In my opinion, the only item I didn't like is that they serve to much noodles. I did not know they were going to serve noodles; next time I will just tell them to skip them.

There were 9 of us in our group, which is perfect because we had our own table. We were celebrating a birthday and Kobe was the chosen location for the birthday dinner.I will say Kobe is very continent and you know exactly what you are getting. This visit is no exception. Everyone had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed the evening. The food was cooked perfectly and was seasoned just right. They have really gotten this down to a science and it is quite impressive. In addition to the great food, our service was also wonderful!

Beautiful decor upon walking in greeted by koi fish garden. We had the server Mychel who was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Our chef came out very quickly to prepare our food named Yuki who was very funny and great show. The food was delicious no complaints better than any other hibachi Chain you can go to. The manager Tony and Alexis even came out to greet us.

Well, what can I say about this place. We’ve been here almost two weeks and been to some great places and some bad ones. This place tops the pile. A family of 8. We were seated quickly after going to the bar for a drink. Then the fun started. The kids and adults alike loved it . The menu is simple, basically you choose your protein for a set price. You then get soup, some salad, fried rice, noodles and veg inc. in the price of the protein all cooked on a hot plate in front of you . A fab experience. We had a couple who joined us at the table whom we also got to know. There is not much more I can say other than it was incredible from start to finish. I’m gutted I can’t remember the name of our host or our chef, I promised myself I would but then the wine started flowing. Adults, young , children, teens, all loved it. The prices are very very good for what you actually get. We ordered some sushi and others starters which we absolutely didn’t need to leave full but it was a nice thing to do and each one was fab. If you’re thinking of booking, stop… leave this review and go and book, immediately. Totally totally fabulous . Thank you from the UK contingent.

We had a reservation for our daughter’s bday dinner. The server and chef were friendly, personable and pleasant. Attentive to our needs. Food was delicious and portions were plenty. Atmosphere was lively. They made my daughter feel special and numerous times made a point of acknowledging it was her bday. I will definitely be back.

It's insane to me how hibachis can accommodate large parties up to 20, but they can! If you're a large party, expect a bit of a wait as one "U" shape section can hold up to 10 people, and all must be present before they seat you. All teppanyaki entrees include a soup and salad, grilled veggies, noodles, fried rice, and your selection of protein that the chef will prepare right before your eyes.I went with the Land & Sea, which comes with a center-cut filet mignon, shrimp, and lobster. Know that everything that comes with the meal is incredibly filling! Choose your bites wisely! My proteins were cooked perfectly, but could have used a tad less salt.

Original Kobes where we first tried and back 16 years later and still great. Our chef and server May were brilliant and food delicious. So much food. Great place to celebrate our holiday

We had a horrible experience at this location. We've had amazing experiences at other locations. It happens, you don't always get the best teppanyaki chef. This review is less about the chef but instead more about how management and our server handled our situation. First, our server was pretty much non-existent. He handed us a QR code and told us to scan it for the menu, this is an important detail as many restaurants are doing this since COVID. Upon scanning we noticed there was a happy hour going on. We ordered 4 drinks total within the happy hour timeframe. After ordering entrees, we got our soup and salad. After eating that, the chef had started on the rice. The server was nowhere to be found to clear our plates and bowls so I took my family's dish's a put them on a bussing station myself. On to the chef. I could tell ours was nervous. I notice that he wasn't seasoning our food at all. No salt and pepper on anything. Instead of saying something and embarrassing him in front of the other patrons at our table I decided to just pass the information along after he was done cooking to a manager, just as an FYI. The rice was over cooked and mushy, my food wasn't seasoned at all so I didn't eat it. My husband however jazzed his food up with salt and pepper and sauces. It's my belief that you shouldn't have to season food after it's prepared. After the meal the manager came over with this very confident attitude saying something like "everything was great! Everyone enjoyed the food!? Ok please leave us a review!! Thank you!!" He really wasn't asking us anything, just assumed. There was no pause and this further annoyed me to the point where I told my husband let's just pay and leave. My husband decided to follow the manager and have a conversation about our experience. The manager walked over and looked at my plate (which was full), looked at my husband's plate which was nearly empty and said something smart about how if he didn't like it why did he eat it... very rude. He then TOOK my plate away and mumbled something about comping my meal with an attitude. That was unbelievable to me. No apologies, didn't offer to remake it, just took my plate away as to almost say I couldn't eat it if he was comping it. I didn't want the food but I surely didn't like being treated that way. When the check came, remember those happy hour drinks? They were full price on the check. I asked our very rude server what the deal was and he said the happy hour was only in the bar area... weird. I then asked how would we know that if it's on the menu when scanned, he said there's a sign in the front that says it. I then asked why they would put that on patrons to assume we read some sign on the counter at bar. He said something like he wasn't dealing with it and walked off. This was a horrible experience. My family was in town on vacation. This was the only time we left our resort, The Four Seasons, where we had amazing dinner options. We liked the other locations and I made a horrible mistake by assuming our experience would be the same here.
