Woah! I am crying with joy over the Green Miso King Salmon. And I'm a total snob when it comes to salmon. I grew up in Seattle and we caught salmon back when there wasn't such a thing as farm salmon. And this brought me to my knees.Hip, fun, delicious, and surprising. There was a line outside before the restaurant opened, so you know it's going to be good.Service was excellent and the food was as well. Fairly authentic food and the atmosphere matched. Ramen was a bit salty for my taste, but not out of the ordinary and the flavor was good.Karaage and gyoza appetizers were also hits.

I came here with some friends for dinner and drinks and I was pleased with the dining experience. Wait time was about an hour which put a dent on the experience overall but the food compensated for it.
