I wanted chitterlings They were okay, they put gravely on top. The rest of my food from a can. I order string beans and the meal came with cornbread. The service was great, a pit pricey for can food. The ambiance was okay.

I really wish that I had something positive to say about this establishment. However,I can't find a single thing. I spent $76, because one, I was hungry, two, I wanted to try a little of everything within reason, and lastly, the reviews that I read were decent. I should've read the others. The chitterlings, the little that I got, were extra smelly, the hogmaws had no flavor, and I'm certain that the rice was boil in the bag. I refused to even try the mac n cheese and the greens. I also ordered dessert, the banana pudding was too scary looking to even try, I just couldn't. I have never seen it that color yellow in 40 years. I literally just threw the money away. I guess you live and you learn, never again. I will be cooking at home from here on out. No more soul food restaurants for me. Maybe the quality used to be higher, I don't know, whatever it is, fix it or shut down.

Who ever answered the phone was very rude and ghetto and when I came in to get my food they was like what is the name then laughed and went to get my food I throw it away after cause it took them sometime to bring my plate out I still payed the full price for the food but I won’t be returning never had such a bad experience til today I love the food but the waiters are rude

We truly enjoyed. Visiting from Chicago we decided to have lunch here and glad we did. Family atmosphere with clean restrooms.
The only word for food served here is UNFORGETTABLE! Everything we got was DELICIOUS. The best soul food hands down, in this area. We ended up getting 4 to go plates and went back the next day and ordered again. They stay busy, so be ready to sit for a while for your food to be prepared. But it was well worth the wait.

I cant believe this place is in business. worst food ive had in my life and ive tried everything from chitterlings to Eel. I had the Fried Pork Chops - Two Center-Cut Chops with mash potatoes. even the mashed potatoes were gross. How can you make nasty potatoes all u do is add salt pepper butter and milk. The greens tasted like they had sugar in them. The pork chops were paper thin and as soon as i bit one i knew they were cooked in the same grease as fish. look at the cornmeal on my pork chop. Even the Lemonade (20 Oz) was bland. Smh. You couldn't pay me to eat here again!
I order a meatloaf dinner with candied yams, macaroni and an extra side of greens . The only thing that was good was the drink I also ordered and the rice with gravy even though it clearly tasted like boil in the bag rice . The meatloaf was hard and disgusting. Macaroni was okay . The greens were terrible , and the candied yams looked like baby food . I don’t even leave reviews but I was very disappointed

Customer service was perfect!. I ordered baked chicken yellow rice yams and mac cheese. Hubby ordered beef stew yellow rice and cabbage. Overall food was perfectly seasoned and good.

Visiting for the weekend and found Nikki’s Place on google so I took a chance and when I tell you I was in heaven real southern food. The food was delicious the atmosphere was wonderful the waitresses was great. I finished my whole plate I was beyond pleased!!!!!
