I usually order my food on mobile for this location, and for some reason they don't even use the 'mobile pick up station' where the food is meant to go. Every time I come in, they change the pickup location, so kind of annoying on that aspect.The food is usually always good when I come though. However, there was one instance where I came in for their soufflés for breakfast and was served an egg that was closer to raw than cooked.

My Dad and I had lunch there and it was awesome. We had the you pick two deals. We had the chicken and wild rice in a bread bowl. We also had the chicken chipotle sandwich and it was so delicious that I wished I ordered the full sandwich. Great atmosphere, friendly staff and visitors.

Decided to bring my family to Panera for the first time, the cashier (Trinity) was helpful at explaining the menu due to the Pick2 option it was very ridiculous and hard to understand. Bit thankfully she was more than willing to explain the menu and even suggested getting the wild rice soup.The music wasn’t too loud, but it was very cold inside. Overall pleasant experience

oh. this place. if you want your food made completely wrong and for nobody to give a single care about it, come here!! i work on the plaza and have come here for YEARS atleast once a week where i order the SAME thing every time with minimal customization. never once have i gotten my order correct. if someone came into your job every week for a year and got the SAME purchase, wouldn’t you remember it? well i get the same sandwich every time, no horseradish add mix greens and frizzled onions. i have gotten back every combination you could think of that is not my order. sandwhich no mixed greens add cheese. mixed greens no dressing add horseradish. no mixed greens no frizzled onions and add spicy peppers is the newest one. and i know it’s something so small as them not adding some lettuce that’s 50 cents but cmon. it’s something so small as forgetting lettuce. and when i tell them about it they act like i seriously inconvenienced them by asking if they could add lettuce, LIKE THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO IN THE FIRST PLACE. i went on a boycott for 2 months and just came back today because i’m running out of other things to eat in the plaza. and once again, they disappoint in the most annoying way. seriously hate this place. but hey the music is great. stop getting simple orders wrong please it literally saves everyone the trouble if you just follow their orders like you’re supposed to.

But I am not too happy with this Asiago Bagel that had “Sausage” in its title, but when you choose it on the touchscreen there is an option to add sausage with an upcharge (I assumed this was an extra sausage).It was not an extra sausage, so I got a bagel without sausage.Very misleading; I ended up getting a sausage patty from Macdonald’s.
