The staff is so friendly. Place is always kept very clean and the food is delicious. You must try their plant-based hotdog. I guarantee you won’t be able to tell it’s plant-based. Taste better than the real thing!!
Quality food at a good price. Burgers are lean and delicious, Chicago style dogs are on point and the Italian beef sandwich is clutch with gravy or cheese sauce. Would definitely recommend and consider this Chicagos version of our National Coney Island type diner with a more unique atmosphere. Big Blue out.Parking: Plenty of parking in lot and surrounding area. Absolutely no worries at all.

After visiting Portillo's in Chicago many times I was excited to learn that there is one much closer to us. Finally got to try them yesterday and they did not disappoint! Great food and fast and friendly service! Now only 2 hours away instead of 7. Hope to have many more trips across the border!
