So my first trip to shake shack started off a little rocky. But mistakes happen...the only thing I care about is how people handle mistakes.Marlon the manager not only handled the situation, but went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure my first Shake Shack experience was an amazing one. Always a good experience as Shake Shack. The food is always good and consistent. The only problem is it's very expensive in terms of fast food places. Expect to pay ~$40 for 2 people. They do have the best shakes around!

I've eaten at Shake Shack about 7x now. This was my first time at this particular location. My last time was in Rochester for the Xmas tree lighting. Service was good, and food was freshly cooked. Overall, I give it a 4. A 4 but not a 5 is because of the prices. Plus, the Burgers are very, very AVERAGE.
