I paid for 3 tickets to this show 2 weeks in advance. The day of the show around 1pm ( Saturday 2/13/2021) I received a notification that the show was cancelled due to technical difficulties. We were bummed since we were really looking forward to attending this during our trip to Florida but we understand stuff happens. I need a refund. First of all the address provided was not the correct address. Second of all when I called the location they told me I should’ve received a refund… That I did not receive… Because they were closed due to “technical difficulties“… When I called again no one answered not even an answering machine. Someone needs to respond to my claim ASAP

DONT DO IT!!!! This company Stole from me. Over $200 I paid extra for a special night for my husbands birthday. Paid for a birthday package. All the bells and whistles. Show got cancelled a week ago and NO Refund I've called multiple times and then"mailbox is full" I'm LIVID. Who do I call!? Ugh!!!! *update. The person I've been dealing with texted me a picture that stated they HAD refunded me. (Again FALSE) I told her they had not. I waited DAYS more and finally called my bank...read full review
