I came in on an empty Tuesday afternoon (maybe one other person in drive thru). Ordered a Shroom Burger. Took about 10 mins for my order to come out.I took one bite of the burger and it hit me like a truck. The crunch, the crisp, the freshness, it was one of the best burgers I’ve had. You could immediately tell it was freshly made and the cook put in the work for that burger. I will say the size of the burger was smaller than I expected. For a $9 burger, I would expect a “normal” size, but I guess times are tough for everyone lol.

I placed my order at the self serve qiosk. The food came out quick and hot. It was still warm when I got home. It was tasty and the serving size of the regular burger and fries is enough for lunch.
Our order was handled efficiently but a couple of order modifications weren't applied to our food. So we didn't get exactly what we thought we ordered. What we did get was very good, though. The Korean options were quite good, and I recommend that you try them if you're willing to expand your horizons.

We recently revisited the Shake shack on Preston and Park. We ate their initially when it opened And the food was good, however, I’m not sure what happened, but it has declined significantly. I ordered the shake chicken sandwich, my son ordered the double shake burger, and my husband ordered a regular burger. When the food came out, my son’s hamburger was so greasy and the bun was full of butter and grease. The burger itself was almost not edible. I had to ask for another bun without grease, because the one That came with my son’s burger didn’t even barely cover the burger and was covered in disgusting grease. I have pictures below to show how bad it was. You would expect for almost the $52 that we paid that we could get a meal that was edible. I am very disappointed in the quality of the food. I feel like it has gone downhill since it first open. I don’t know if it was just a bad day, but definitely enough to make us never go back. My chicken sandwhich was saturared in oil. I’m sure the shakes are good—I’ve never tried them but they look good. At least they won’t be full of Grease.

Placed my order using the kiosks for just a shake. After 15 minutes of waiting I went to the counter and found that they hadn't even begun to make it. The shake was good but more expensive than other places' offerings.
