I placed my order at the self serve qiosk. The food came out quick and hot. It was still warm when I got home. It was tasty and the serving size of the regular burger and fries is enough for lunch.
Our order was handled efficiently but a couple of order modifications weren't applied to our food. So we didn't get exactly what we thought we ordered. What we did get was very good, though. The Korean options were quite good, and I recommend that you try them if you're willing to expand your horizons.

I came in on an empty Tuesday afternoon (maybe one other person in drive thru). Ordered a Shroom Burger. Took about 10 mins for my order to come out.I took one bite of the burger and it hit me like a truck. The crunch, the crisp, the freshness, it was one of the best burgers I’ve had.
