I am an active Starbucks fan, I love coffee and many of the products are great ?. But the service of this specific one that is inside Macy's sadly disappointed me, their attention is fatal, not at all friendly, I felt obliged to leave a tip for a coffee to go... I hope this staff changes because I will remain loyal to STARBUCKS ? Vegetarian options: It has options for vegetarians, I would like to see more options?Kid-friendliness: You can have a delicious Starbucks unveils new frozen lemonade drinks for the summer

This should be the national Starbucks model for customer service. Freddy and the entire staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. I feel like I’m at my neighborhood coffee shop with my neighbors. Makes the coffee taste that much better.

Hands down the worst & slowest Starbucks in the country, possibly the entire world. You’ll routinely wait 30+ minutes for a single item. Placed an order this morning at 11:15am, it’s now 12:02pm and still waiting.It would be faster to drive to Orlando International, go through security, get in line and order, and drive home.

Rude service due to line confusion. Cashier chatted up customer in front of us, exchanging pleasantries. Saw us and attitude changed completely. Feigned line confusion, then accused customer behind us of cutting line. Oddest exchange from a Starbucks employee. Drink was incorrect, we didn’t complain. Quiet quitting in full effect at this location

My first experience was a little disappointing, I ordered my “go to drink” CRC with almond milk , whipped cream and caramel drizzle. At the time I was a colleague when shift manager “Ravyn” took my order. I greeted Ravyn with a Good Morning and informed her I was a new colleague in order to obtain my associate discount she approach me with a “ What Do You Want “ . I then re greeted her with a “Good Morning “ and she then responded back Good Morning following with a “ what do you want “. Ravyn is not so customer service friendly she was very snoody and it was a very uncomfortable wait . On top of that my drink was very below the standards of what the Brand provides and it didn’t meet my requests as a customer. Ravyn is the prime example of “that person doesn’t like her job”. I would reframe from ordering every time I see Ravyn is working. Now on this particular day I went to order and I specifically asked associate “Emily” to make my drink . Emily shows top of the line customer service and her drinks holds the company’s standard at a higher level. I’ve stressed to Emily that I would prefer her to make my drink instead of Ravyn who I have had a previous bad experience with . For some odd reason after asking Emily several times she completely ignored my request and shook a massive amount of toppings on my drink that was prepared and passed off by Ravyn while stating “ I’m making your drink now “ I then asked for a refund and to speak to a manager. After discussing my concerns with manager on duty Freddy I observed the conversation he had with Ravyn behind the counter and everything was nothing but smiles and laughs he also made many hand gestures imitating me if that’s your professional example for “ MANAGERS “ more power to you ??
