This should be the national Starbucks model for customer service. Freddy and the entire staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. I feel like I’m at my neighborhood coffee shop with my neighbors. Makes the coffee taste that much better.
Very beautiful inside of macy store by the front door. Very nice people who are working here, they love to interact with customers to create a positive impact.By the way 6 shot espresso is fabulous!
