I go here maybe once a month on business and the staff is always friendly and make my drinks consistently. In a world of failing customer service it’s always a joy for me to go here
We are always weary about coming to a new (to us) starbucks because our drinks are customized and a lot of times, they don't get made correctly. We arrived around 1030am and I ordered on the app before we went inside. It didn't take too long to get our drinks, my husband's was made as an iced drink instead of the hot white mocha and Caroly was very friendly and understanding and apologetic when I pointed out to her the mistake and it was fixed pretty quickly.Most starbucks that...read full review

This Starbucks is currently under construction so they’re operating out of a stand inside the Florida Hotel (very close to the original storefront, in front of the Chick fil A). While I was there it seemed a lot of orders were not coming out correctly and they kept having to remake things.
