Really bad custumer service the lady Zaida the cashier was terrible, vey rude super unfriendly treated my wife really bad in front of customers. My wife is a loyal customer of Starbucks. It got to the point were she don’t want to take our order. She should not be in the position.

Went and got a coffee with my manager and honestly it was terrible, we both got a simple sweet vanilla cream cold brew and there was absolutely no sweet cream in it whatsoever, the coffee tasted really burnt which doesn't make sense because it's a cold brew and we even went back to get the coffee redone and i don't know if he was the manager or not but he just suggested to just add some "creamer" in it which it was probably labeled wrong cause even after adding like four pumps of whatever it was and some "creamer" the thing was still nasty and my stomach was twirling just from a few sips. Really bad experience overall.

This Starbucks is currently under construction so they’re operating out of a stand inside the Florida Hotel (very close to the original storefront, in front of the Chick fil A). While I was there it seemed a lot of orders were not coming out correctly and they kept having to remake things. I also got overcharged (my order should’ve been 6.34 but somehow 7.19 was taken off my app) and I now have to sort that out with Starbucks. When I got to order, it didn’t take too long but unfortunately it was mostly foam and by the time it settled my drink was not even close to full. I had ordered a Grande Iced Matcha Latte. I feel bad rating lower because they were working out of a stand/not in an actual store, but my experience was not that great.

We are always weary about coming to a new (to us) starbucks because our drinks are customized and a lot of times, they don't get made correctly. We arrived around 1030am and I ordered on the app before we went inside. It didn't take too long to get our drinks, my husband's was made as an iced drink instead of the hot white mocha and Caroly was very friendly and understanding and apologetic when I pointed out to her the mistake and it was fixed pretty quickly.Most starbucks that I go into that are inside of hotels that I have experienced, always have snooty employees but not this one. Every employee I saw and watched, was friendly and smiled and were hard at work pumping out the drinks as quickly as possible.Caroly was a great employee to have an encounter with, smiling and very nice. I left happy and satisfied, our drinks were great!

Do not enter this location by any means necessary consider this a warning. Ordered a Venti Iced Shaken Espresso Half Decaf with Soy Milk. Paid vía Starbucks app, upon receiving my drink via being tossed to me, I had a hunch that it was not made with the soy milk as I requested. When I asked the barista said it was made with regular milk, confirming my suspicions. When asked if they could remake my drink with the soy milk the barista, and I kid you not they grabbed the drink as if it was the tesseract from Guardians of the Galaxy and launched it into the trash with so much emphasis to make one believe that the trash can had threatened their lives. During the remake process obviously everyone in queue line is more valuable so they made their drinks first, when it finally came down to making my drink it was as if gravity ceased to exist every ingredient including the cup was flying all over the place. After it all ended up all over the side of the cup, the counter, and the floor the barista hands my venti drink that was filled up half full, not half empty I’m a positive person. With that being said I needed a few napkins to wipe my coffee soaked cup, as the barista was wiping the more important counters that they soaked. Fearing for my life I did not bother to ask them to make this drink the way it’s supposed to be made. I’m sorry, but the idea of Starbucks is dead. Overpriced coffee, terrible customer service is not what people expect. I wish I could say that the idea of “premium coffee” included premium service or product but unfortunately that’s no longer the case. Consider yourself warned, if you like throwing away $7 for an “unforgettable experience” and a “fantastic product” step right up you’re next!

On this account I review places my service dog in training and I have visited. It’s just a super busy location when I have been by-that’s Starbucks-but sometimes it really can be a bit. Good location, it’s just a typical starbucks.
