Subway is a restaurant that I really like. I tried the footlong churro and it is extremely bad. Cold, super artificial flavor. Throw $2 in the trash.

My fiance and I walked in to an empty store with just the one worker. She didn’t acknowledge us at all, looked our way and continued to make what I guess were mobile orders while we stood there for 10 minutes. She didn’t welcome us, let us know she’d be with us shortly or anything. We finally just walked out without getting anything.

Genuinely some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. We walked in around 9:00pm walking out at 9:40 with a huge smile on my face. The only employee in the store holding down the fort providing excellent food exceptional customer service. Gave us a lot of laughs and just all around a good time. That’s what it means to be in good service, providing great food and even better customer service. Absolutely would return to this location just for the employee working at the time!

I had put a note asking for my sandwich to be cut in 4's on the mobile order and it was not cut that way. It wasn't even cut all the way in half. The bread was very dry and even burned though I didn't ask for it to be toasted... the cookies (chocolate chip & raspberry cheesecake) were also dry and near stale almost. I should've listened to the reviews and found a different Subway :(

This location has A LOT of work to do if they want to remain open after the recent sale of the Subway brand. I anticipate they'll be shuttering some franchises, and this might be one on the list that should just go away. On my latest arrival I was the only one in the place from start to finish, and the 'sandwich artist' working the solo shift mentioned (without being asked) that it was a very slow day. I probably interrupted some internet browsing time. There seemed to be an odd confusion about what I wanted on my sandwich, even after saying it would be just like the description on the menu board with no customization needed. "Include everything that is listed". That still didn't sink in, but it was no big deal. I arrived with a coupon that had come in the mail and presented it at the register. That also seemed to create confusion, so I mentioned it was normally taken care of with the scanned QR code. The code was scanned and then additional register input was done, resulting in about a three-dollar charge above the coupon price. I mentioned it was not correct, and that created more confusion, so I said to just forget it. I paid via credit card and the printed receipt was kept and the coupon was stapled to it. I asked for a copy of the receipt, and (of course) more confusion. I was instructed to read if from the app online. I had not ordered through an app and don't have an account with them. I did eat my tasty sandwich in the dining room, and had hoped to have iced tea to drink, but there was none available. Carbonated beverage with the only option. I can't recommend this Subway and I do not anticipate a return visit, either by personal choice or perhaps them being closed down. Oh, well, I tried.

Do not go to this Subway, especially if you utilize mobile order. I gave them three chances, but third times the charm. This is my third mobile order that was made wrong. Getting hometo the wrong order yet again and having to drive back for the correct order.... Very frustrating. I have also had instances at this location where the food was ordered well in advance and when I arrived the order hadn't even better started. Do yourself a favor and go to the Windermere location just 7 minutes away. The staff there are actually competent and kind. Heavily disappointed with this location and will not be returning any time soon.

I have ordered online to this location and each time it said my order was complete I go inside and find out that they haven't even started on it. The last time I ordered and went to the store the door was locked and there was someone sitting in the back on their phone. He slowly comes to the front door and unlocks it and then goes to the monitor to pull up the order to make it while all the time still on his phone. Other customers come in while I was waiting with online orders as well and he told them to come back later. This store has alot of issues and I will be going to another location in the future.

Bathroom is dirty, employees are pretty slow and seem untrained. Location needs to modernize, but obviously this is a franchise therefore the food is always going to taste the same no matter where ever you go. Store is also very dirty, tables are not cleaned at all but it's not their fault because obviously they are under employed. Subway try paying better and maybe people would actually enjoy and want to work here.

This is the fastest and cleanest subway I’ve been around this area. Adam, the guy who took our order was welcoming, nice, super fast making our sandwiches and he had a very positive attitude. He went above and beyond! We’re definitely coming back to this subway.

Subway was making sandwiches kept place unlocked but if you walked in outside the group of girls they were serving they would say they were closed and wouldn't assist. Meanwhile they are serving a group of ladies so not very closed especially with doors unlocked.
