Absolute rude and unprofessional staff. The lady was extremely rude to our group & she didn’t care to welcome us and asked us to not touch anything. It felt like we bothered her by coming in to get some food at her place.

Woman work at this subway about 12 PM on March 5. She was rude she doesn’t know how to talk with the customer. I would tell owner or management you guys need to fire her immediately if you don’t wanna lose your Business and you can see more customers reviews about rude staff at this place

Monica was great! She provided excellent service and was extremely kind.Vegetarian options: I ordered a veggie delight, but they also have egg and cheese sandwiches for vegetarians.

Terrible location. This is my second sub that I've purchased through the app that has ingredients missing. I work nearby and I had to leave work to go discuss why ingredients are missing. The employee was so rude and had zero customer service. Told me she put the ingredients and that I was blind and missed it. I didn't take the sub back with me, I also did not need a refund and I tipped through the app. All I wanted was my ingredients in my sandwich. Lazy and subpar emoyee. Don't know her name and I don't care. I will not be ordering from this subway ever again.

I arrived 20 minutes before 12 today, Saturday, when it says it closes at 11!!! And they already had the door closed. Why do they say they will be open until 11 if it's a lie?

The store staff is excessively rude. Apparently he is upset with the clients for no reason. today 05/01/2024 time 6:36 bad service, I immediately left the store. I do not recommend

I walked into the establishment and instead of saying welcome, the guy said sorry we are not taking any more customer's because we have a huge online orde, also they had one people sitting there eating, they had 4 orn5 workers so I don't see why 1 of them couldn't do walk in orders and others do the big online order. If this was my business I would be mad that they are turning customer's away when they had enough people to commondate. I will never go to subway again.

Got off work decided to walk to subway for a bite to eat for dinnerThis was around maybe five-ishA guest entered shortly after I didAnd stated she had a online orderThe manager on duty don’t know her name and definitely don’t want toAfrican American ladyWas extremely rude very insensitive about the matter her attitude was very harsh, mind you the guest was very polite and was just seeking accurate answers. She ordered the food from this location but order wasn’t showing up on the manager’s screenThe guest showed her recipe on phone that funds was taking out her account that the meal was paid forThe guest decided to leave cause the manager decided to yell at herIt was pretty badCome to find out the order was canceledWhich I strongly feel it was cancelled by the manager.I wish I was quick enough to had record the matterVery unprofessionalLacking interpersonal skillsAnd problem solving.Her people skills are not up to par what so everSomething must be done about thisAfrican American guy that was there seem nervous and very sweet but also confused.He seemed embarrassed by her actions I believe he is new.What she should of did was accommodate and gave the guest her mealSince she did have proof of purchase.Another guest came in a few minutes after she left for pick up his online order same thing happened to himHe showed the proof of purchase and was so damn rude for no reason.She needs to be retrainedAnd the African America guy that was there needs to be trained and made a manager he informed me that he use to be a chefHe is definitely a people person and be given a chance.No manager should act in a way to where it scares guests off the goal is to keep them coming backEven tho I received my meal I couldn’t enjoy because of the “bully manager”,This isn’t a Karan situation either for I am black as wellAnd this place was very unpleasant to dine at. On Friday, December 1, at 8:05 PM, there was a black female employee in her 40s-50s who disrespected me in front of everyone. When I was trying to use the bathroom, she told me, 'This is not a public bathroom,' despite I was going to order a footlong. I decided to leave Subway and buy food elsewhere. It seems that this employee has many bad reviews. The manager must take action. I will never go back to that Subway

So irresponsible and unreceptive. My delivery order arrived incomplete, and nothing is being done about it. I have called the store multiple times but nobody picks up. All I want is a refund for the item I did not receive!
