Your sign says you close at 10 not 9. The young lady who was working on 08/08/23 at 9:00 pm kept telling people she was closed before 9. You had lots of people coming in. Not good for business to close before 10. You need more people working here especially in a touristy area. She was very friendly to the customers she was serving but again closing before what your sign states is not good and false advertisement.
Seriously go somewhere else. Got in line here at 950 it's 1020 and still waiting to order there are TWO people in front of me. He will put something in the toaster and wait for it instead of multi task. Some with making someone coffee this is the slowest subway I've ever been in

So irresponsible and unreceptive. My delivery order arrived incomplete, and nothing is being done about it. I have called the store multiple times but nobody picks up. All I want is a refund for the item I did not receive!
