Listen, I love going out to eat and tipping service industry workers. But to make your guests do all the work when it comes to ordering food and drinks on your little phone system and still charge 20% is comical.The people working there didn’t do anything except for run the food out lol smh

Get over it or cook at home lol.I love the ordering technique. The wait for our food was normal wait time imo- just be patient.Noteworthy details: Unique decor, pleasing to the eye.

What a wonderful surprise - a secret garden in downtown Orlando. Service was great and fast, food and cocktails were delicious. Dog menu. And, I really liked the ordering/ check out process on my phone -it was easy and fast.

Didn't care of the restaurant what so ever. They don't have servers anymore so you order and pay for everything through a QR code!? Which made for horrible service, wait times & etc. The food was less than to be desired. The only reason to visit the Wellborn is the photo opportunities this place has to offer. Other than that it's majorly overrated.

I’m a person who always leaves a good tip if I got served well but yesterday I went to this place and it was my first time they only take care of taking your order to wherever you are and that's it they don't pay attention to what you need I had to get up several times to ask for napkins, silverwares, etc. one of the “servers” was going to take my drink and I hadn't finished it and I told her to not take it yet and she rolled her eyes at me, for that service do I have to leave 20% of the tip? That’s why they don’t take care of the guests because the tip it’s already included and it shouldn’t be like that the TIP ITS NOT MANDATORY.
